hello, In these missions import the export how to make the co workers also earn from exporting cars, for example when we export 3 cars only the president gets the money how to make everyone get?

Wrong, associates get paid too. Not as much, obviously.

 

Whereas with crates, yes, only the CEO gets paid.

CEO work is for the profit of the CEO (just like in real life lmao) and if you wanna get your friends some money, then start doing VIP work between car/crate missions.
