The question I ask myself is, do I leave the lobby or do other players leave lobby? Do they enter the twilight zone or are they playing with each other without me? Does everyone hate me? Have I been haxed? Am I downloading pron?

 

So many questions need answering.

Until everyone leaves i'm not even aware of how many people are in the lobby. It doesn't affect me really the worst thing about it is when i drive in 1st person it blocks my view going left.

I had a math teacher once who, when another student left to use the restroom, said to our class, "Okay, now that's he's gone, I wonder, 'did he really exist?' and now that's he's not here, did he ever really exist? And if he's out in the hallway, wandering around, in his world, do we really exist? Is life nothing more than our own imagination creating these images to suit some purpose we are unaware of?"

 

I think he may have resigned from teaching shortly after and maybe even wound up in a hospital, somewhere, with a nervous breakdown. True story!

I usually get angry and rejoin my friends. If not (because I lagged out into a empty public) I'll invite friends to the newly made friendly CEO/MC work lobby! I usually am there 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how long it takes for a dickhead in a jet to ruin it.

Sadly it triggers a overwhelming feeling of abandonment especially if I'm wearing my favourite tie.

It's a rare chance for something like this to happen, so I stay.

Become a CEO and source/sell cars, or start the Bike Gang and resupply my businesses.

 

4. If you choose to stay, how long to you play alone?

 

Like an hour or two.

 

5. If you choose to stay, what do you do after you're bored playing alone (find a new session, join/start a job, shut down altogether)?

 

Shut down the game.

That happened to me last night. I just set up my motorcycle club and started moving my products. Being alone didn't bother me at all, I have no online friends and all I do in a full lobby is race and solo missions. I hope it happens again tonight, I would like to try some CEO work.

I/E is always a good thing to do alone.
Or just do whatever you find fun. I am the type of player that likes to play alone in a session sometimes.
