apologise, don't know what the correct name is for them, my main character is on level 169 but the bars are at the lowest and never rise, yet my second character, on level 43, all bars are full, anyone got any ideas as to why this is?

You mean the rank progress bar, to show how much RP you have left until the next rank?

I have a similar problem where the shooting and stamina bars for my second character seemed to be bugged and don't increase. They are currently stuck about halfway.

sorry yes I meant the stat bars, all five are at no progress
