So how do I make IVpack spawn in traffic ? Sorry for asking so much questions

So essentially in the latest update the elegy, elegy3, le7b, cyclone, es550, sheava, ruiner3, tropos, omnis, xa21, comet3, comet4, italigtb2, tyrus, nero, nero2, trophytruck, trophytruck2, retinue & vigilante don't work?

 

No thanks, staying with 1.2

 

Pretty sure those same vehicles were broken on the 1.2 version as well, I just didn't know that there were so many of them back then when I released 1.2.

Guys any plans for the Cyclone ? the car looks really nice except for it's rear,where it looks much thinner from it's front and maybe the tail lights also look a bit off ? anyway just wanted to ask about this since the car is one of may favorites.

It looks like it's based off the new 2018 TVR ? or am i mistaken ?

Nope, they all worked for me in 1.2, so if they aren't working in 1.3 then I'm staying with what works

I forgot to install EVE :p so its using VisualV's advancedmotionblur plugin in most of these pictures (not the best for screenshots). Can't wait to see what you guys have in store for the future :^:

Is it just me or do all the Taxis now spawn in random colours since installing VWE??? Now I get green and white cabs, fully yellow cabs and the original orangey yellow and blue

Replace the carvariations.ymt file (\update\update.rpf\x64\data\carvariations.ymt) with the original one and the colors will go back to the original V ones.

The vehicles that cause the ScriptHookV crash? If yes, I've also noticed that on my modded copy all of those vehicles work without any issues but on a fully original copy with only the pack installed the vehicles dont work. I have however found out what file is causing the ScriptHookV crashes but I have no idea why it's causing them. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out soon, though.

Changelog:

- Added Dani02's Declasse Rancher Pickup
- Added two new NPC modified vehicles
- Fixed the vehicles that caused a ScriptHookV crash when they were spawned
- Fixed & updated the Uninstall.oiv package
- Removed all vanilla V vehicle liveries (Banshee 900R, Comet Retro Custom, Sultan RS, etc.) & the new colors for R* made DLC vehicles
- Removed Various Vehicle Options from the "Options" folder
- Updated glennoconnell's Enus Cognoscenti Cabrio to version 1.1
- Updated Johnny36200's handlings for Bravado Stubby Duneloader & Karin Kuruma T/A
The reason why I removed the liveries and the new colors for the R* made DLC vehicles was because they were causing issues for some people and it's for the best to only have this mod feature the VE pack and the files that are necessary for the pack to work correctly. However, the liveries that were removed from this pack will be included in a livery pack some time soon. Also, this version was more of a "bug fixing" update rather than a proper update which is the reason why the IVPack & WoV Support files weren't included.

Really like the looks of this pack. Don't actually have it installed because of RDE/WoV compatibility though, I just have a few cars that I really like installed separately from the pack. Really excited for the update that will include compatibility, and the IVpack. Question relating to that though, are you guys going to clean up the IVpack as well, or just add all the vehicles? I ask because when I had IVpack installed there were a few vehicles that were kinda broken, including the Reefer (boat) which was a big part of the reason I installed it in the first place since GTA V is kinda lacking in the yacht department. I also had some crashing issues whenever I went into the city, but that might of been a me problem since I installed it manually trying to avoid overwriting WoV files.

Here's a couple of screenshots that I took while testing the IVPack & World of Variety support options for the pack. If everything goes as planned the 1.5 version should be released tomorrow. The Realism Dispatch Enhanced support will come some time after the next update has been released for RDE.

 

Also if you want to add a bit more realism to GTA, Eddlm has just released a Coroner Service script that makes the coroners clean up dead bodies from the streets of San Andreas. That script will work with the Vapid Speedo Coroner van and the coroner peds that are included in the VE pack.

Naah, not really, I think they fit the game. I did however make it so that the everyday-ish police vehicles such as the Solair and Radius spawn around the 'poor' areas of Los Santos, like the South LS area for example. You do still see them in other areas as well but you shouldn't see any high-end police vehicles in the 'poor' areas. I also made it so that the SAHP Uranus should only patrol around the Blaine County highways and stay out of the city highways, but you do still end up seeing the Bullet & Coquette patrol vehicles in BC and the Uranus in LS.

Ayy this is beautiful, having all three running flawlessly together is going to make for one hell of a mod.

 

Off topic (?), I kinda' agree with OtherSideGuy, even though they do fit within the poorer districts like you mentioned but nonetheless. The weirdest inclusion for me though is the Oracle; do certain police departments in the US actually have BMWs (cars, not motorcycles) in their fleet?

I don't think any department in the US use BMWs as patrol vehicles but luckily this is a video game so we don't have to worry about if something is 100% realistic or not :p

Not an expert in NYPD, but the car livery says it's a traffic enforcement vehicle.

There is an lapd bmw i3 and an old 760li for the state trooper but other than that nope, I find it weird too to see jackal's and oracle added to the lspd.

 

And, why do all the cars have to be lspd ? I think a sheriff solair would look awesome and an interceptor livery for the bullet, coquette, (police interceptor), and radius would look cool too. Anyways I'm super excited for the wov & IVpack support. Thanks I really like this mod 👍🏼

Edit : we really need an landstalker police (Ford expedition)
