Your own gang

 

Gun Licence

 

Traffic Law's

 

Police Bribe meter (when pulled over)

 

Vigilante , Fire , Paramedic Missions

 

Better health/armor system .

 

Better car damage system (Like Gta 4"s damage system)

 

A lot of the vehicle's from the past game's in the series that didn't make it in Gta 5 .

 

A lot better storyline
