Help editing vehicle reflections/Re-shade edit

so ive been working on a re-shade/enb edit but need to edit the reflections based on what weather is currently active, as in i want more glossy reflections in extra sunny, clear, ...etc weather but keep others like cloudy the same , where would i start to edit this ? or is there currently a way to do such things? any help or assistance greatly appreciated also anyother tips on editing reshades/enb is welcomed aswell as im fairly new to it

Update: you cannot change it by weather , also have the reflections pretty much where i need them so it wont be needed anyways
