Bulk Export/Import all texture dictionaries? [GTA V]

Let's say I wanted to take every texture in the game, bulk upscale to 2K or 4K and import them all back into the rpf files in the mods folder. Is there any functionality built in to do that? Or even a workaround to export all and then easily generate an OIV installer for the changes? Thanks for the awesome modding tools!
