Will the Sanctus return?

Yup October when Halloween event is active. A lot of people have to buy it again after last year's muck up.

This vehicle should have stayed on the websites after players bought it but thanks to R* expert updates players who sold the vehicle found it was no longer

available to buy meaning quite a lot of collectors will have to purchase it again so it is bound to be made available again this Halloween.

It seems Rockstar decided it was for Halloween in the end despite never being advertised as such or listed as anything other than a part of bikers. Weird thing about it is that it doesn't show up for sale now for some people that bought it but it does on one of my characters that wasnt even made till after Halloween, I never bought it (so I duped one) but now I can buy them legit... Go figure.

Is that the bike with a skull? Was wondering where that went, never bought one. But as always itll become available for everyone seen as R* is a bunch of dicks and all these "exclusive, limited" items are not so exclusive and limited when they make them available for everyone later on

When the Sanctus came out is was advertised as being limited to the Halloween event. The bike should be made available again during the next Halloween event. If you had purchased it it would have been made available to still purchase after the event after Rockstar had updated the page. It was removed for a while but then it had been returned to the sales page but only if you had already purchased it.

When the Roosevelt, Liberator, and Sovereign came out in 2014 they were only purchasable during those events and they were removed from the in-game websites afterward even if you had purchased them. There was no Halloween stuff, save some Radio shirts that came in Special Crates for an event that happened to coincide with the latter half of October.

When July 2015 came around for the Independence Day event, the Liberator and Sovereign were permanently repurchaseable if bought during the event; same with the Lurcher and Franken Stange. The Roosevelt and other Valentines Day Massacre items were skipped in this year because Heists was going to be released in a few weeks and all their efforts were to push it out by the deadline without too many problems. People had to wait another year for a chance to get a "Rosie"

For 2016 the Valentines Day items returned, along with the new Valor, and were permanent if purchased; as was all the Independence Day and Halloween items and vehicles except the Scantus. Because it was listed as "Part of the Bikers Update" a lot of people assumed it was permanent and ignored the other descriptions on Newswire and the fact it was so "Halloween-y looking".

Since the Valentines items returned in 2017, I would assume that Rockstar would bring the other limited-time stuff, including the Sanctus back and make it repurchasable forever, but they haven't always been consistent on such things.

The bike was never ever not even for one second advertised as being part of Halloween. You can search the internet high and low and you'll never find anything saying it was because that just didn't happen.

"NEW VEHICLE: LCC SANCTUS MOTORCYCLE

True to the spirit of Halloween, ride on wheels designed to terrorize your foes. Distinctive and deadly, the glowing red eyes of the Sanctus are certain to conjure up all that is evil and unholy. "

Now here is the part where you have to really interpret Rockstar's intent:

"ALSO...

On top of sinking your teeth into the fresh additions above, don't miss out on the opportunity to indulge in familiar favorites as the Lurcher Hearse and Fränken Stange return alongside a variety of spooky Masks, Facepaints, Bobbleheads and Horns all ready to be added to your collection now through November 15th."

The Scanctus was a "fresh addition" and this last part (poorly) indicated that it was going to be temporarily available until November 15.

Either way, it clearly says it is related to Halloween. The part of it being temporarily is more convoluted. It was really easy to search for that, too.

Just to add data to your concluding statement, on PC 2015 Sovereign purchases did not allow repurchase after the event. I clung to mine for this reason only despite me not using them until Cunning Stunts and a massive garage clean out on my end.
