Find, Recommend or Remember a Game

Would you recommend fallout 3 and new Vegas?

i definitely would, and depending on how thorough you like to be when you play games, i'd also recommend setting aside a couple hundred hours =)

there is a version of both that include all the dlc content aswell now so they are huge bargains if you find one second hand

Fallout 3 is amazing. So is New Vegas. And you can finally aim down the sights in NV. You can't go wrong choosing either one. They're pretty cheap now. You could probably find both for under $30..

This.

Personally, I'd recommend getting it on PC because there's a big modding community but they are still great games on console.

I'm thinking about picking up the Uncharted games. Any opinions would be helpful

They go pretty cheap now a days, but in my opinion 3 is the best.

Split screen MP.

I went ahead and grabbed all 3. Playing through the first one now. I like it. I had to remember its an old game. TLOU on PS4 spoiled me haha

Is that wolf among us game worth picking up? It's on sale and apparently I already have the first episode.

Yeah it is. If you've played and Liked The Walking dead then you'll love TWAU.

What does everyone think of The Last of Us DLC story? Worth the money?

Does anyone remember the PS2 game, it was an open world off road game.. well maybe not open world but it had a free roam. .. it had every truck/SUV you could think of for the time period. Like lets say Chevy, they had a Chevy silverado, tahoe, suburban, blazer etc.. all able to be purchased/modded.. you could even choose from 2wd or 4wd

I know it seems kinda vague.. i had a lot of off road games when i was younger but this one i remember specifically because of the huge selection of trucks you could choose from.

I don't think it was a Test Drive Off Road game.. trying to remember what the hell this game was

Can anyone recommend me an RPGMaker game? Specifically made in RPGMaker 2003. I have played Yume Nikki (I only got a few effects left to get) Mad Father (finished it, great horror game, would love more like it). Is there any game like these 2? I tried Yume 2kki but found it kind of hard and repetitive compared to the original. I tried out Misao too but I don't really like the concept. I've been playing Mermaid Swamp and I kind of like that. Any RPGMaker games similar to Yume Nikki and Mad Father but put into one game? I like the horror aspect so keep that. I have also played a little bit of Ib and while I do like the idea of it, it was just too hard for me, same goes for Ao Oni.

Is Alan Wake good? Planned on getting it for PC.

Also please recommend me an FPS with good storyline/campaign like Black Ops 2.

Alan Wake is one of my favourite games ever because it has a really good universe and presentation. It is more of a story driven/exploration TPS than an horror game (many people tend to believe the game is a survival horror while it's a thriller with supernatural elements)

As you may know, the story is told kinda like a TV series, hence why Remedy will be doing something simillar with their upcoming game "Quantum Break".

The environment is semi open and there is no cover system .

The gameplay is kinda basic, it's a lot of exploration and shooting yet it is intense and entertaining because you'll be often low on supplies. Gunfights not only depends of your shooting skills, you will have to fight with any source of light cause ennemies get weaker when they're enlightened.

You'll explore and fight in wide areas where you gotta look everywhere for ammo ( and supplies like batteries, emergency flares, flashbangs and so on).

I do recommend playing it because they are not so many TPS with such a fleshed out story and universe.

If you like story-driven games then sure you should pick it up

About ten years ago I got a pc magazine with a demo disc on it and I want to find the game but I don't know what it was called. These are the only things I remember about it:

-The demo starts in a big desert

-There's like a large hole you can go down with wooden ladders

-There's an npc in the desert with his caravan, pretty sure he's sitting on a chair or something.

That's all I can remember!

Can someone help me remember this game? I played it on a PS1 I am pretty sure when I was about 4 years old. I remember the graphics being 2D, and the character would always move his head around when you stood still. The levels were very grassy, it was basically a platformer. This was around 1997 I believe. I think the character was kind of fuzzy looking, it was not Crash Bandicoot, I can assure you as I have played all of them on PS1.

Can someone recommend me a soccer manager game? I don't need anything modern or complicated. I need something easy and simple, and something that can run on a very weak PC.

EA have a FIFA Manager series, with FIFA Manager 14 being the last one. Its less complicated compared to Football Manager.

What the hell ever happened to lean shooting in COD?

It was a great feature in COD1, Which I am currently playing.

That is still present in the newer ones. I think its called Contextual Lean.

The last 2 COD's that I played were BO2 and Ghosts. You can lean and shoot in at least one of them, if not both.
