Find a Game, Recommend a Game or Remember a Game

Lets use this thread to ask the community for recommendations on what games to play instead of making separate topics for each. Also, we can use it to try to remember a game we've forgotten.

Here's one to start.

Hello there everyone Can somebody tell me some zombie games where you go scavenging killing zombies and all that Not like Dead island or state of decay something different but I dont want to be point and click stuff. Thanks!

@Davenwolf

- 7 Days to Die
- The Forest
Both indies, seem promising enough for me, but still in Early Access though.

And been wanting to ask this, can somebody recommend me a good underrated Third Person Shooter on PC?

I really love third person shooteh, played the hell out of Kane and Lynch, Max Payne, Fallout 3/NV etc.

Thanks alot 69_black_69 even though the forest isn't zombies i searched up and its pretty cool and 7 days is pretty cool to How come I never heard of them thank you alot and for your question Have you tried Spec ops:The line Retrospective Its a good game with Nice graphics

Spec Ops: The Line was pretty solid.

You must have not read correctly I said I dont want point and click stuff.

It's not a point-and-click game.

You also don't want a shooter then, because you have to point and click stuff there constantly.

I'm sorry, they just don't make a lot of keyboard-only games anymore.

Mister Pink

PES 2008 was a bit of fun. PES up until around 07/08 was better than FIFA except for licensing. However, you could edit the teams etc.

Master League is brilliant. FIFA ha reclaimed the throne and PES has fallen behind.

Apparently EA pinched a load of PES devs just before FIFA got good again. Makes sense as I remember World Cup 2010 feeling heavily like a cross-bread of PES and FIFA but I can't back that up.

Yeah, i've played that. Story was awesome. Lots of people said gameplay mechanic was boring as hell, kinda agree to that, but still loving it.
Any other recommendation?

@YoloSwaggin:
Have you tried Metro 2033/Last Light?

What are some games that are similar to Fallout or STALKER?

The Elder Scrolls games are similar to fallout but it's a (medieval?) setting rather than a post apocalyptic setting. Metro Last light is pretty similar to Fallout but I don't think you can free roam, or at least free roam as much as you can in Fallout.

I'm a big fan of TES series. I haven't tried Metro Last Light, however, so I'll give that a play real soon. :^:

If you're planning to buy Metro, i suggest that you wait for Metro:Redux version. It has both 2033 and Last Light + Updated Graphic, if i'm not mistaken.

I've asked this one before(to no avail):

I'm trying to remember the name of a driving/racing game for PS1. I remember that there were a few cars and motorcycles to choose from. One of the maps was a town, and at one part of the map the road was blocked by a car wreck, and had a road built around it so you could drive past it. Any clue what game it is?

Ok Im really really bored and Im looking for a small fun game I can download game because my pc sucks and cant run Big games any suggestions?

Binding of Issac, super fun and addicting, and I beleive it's very easy to run.

This. I'm waiting for Binding of Isaac : Rebirth as well.

Other addictive, fun, and awesome indies IMO:

- Risk of Rain

- Rogue Legacy

- Shovel Knight

- Papers, Please

- Race The Sun

- Desktop Dungeons

- Super Hexagon

- Gunpoint

- FTL (minimal resolution must be 1280x720, idk if there's a workaround)

- To The Moon

If you're looking for a free one, check out

- Flywrench

- Boson X

- Super Crate Box

- Stranded 2

There's a lot more on the list, but i can't seem to remember their name. I've played lots of indies. I f*cking love indies, man.

FTL cannot be a problem, as long as your video card supports that resolution.

To The Moon isn't really a game you could replay. It's a masterpiece in storytelling, and as far as stories go, it's my favorite in a video game, ever. But gameplay-wise, the games lacks a lot.
