A lot of people seem to be installing the mod wrong and as a result there are older bugs being reported at times as well as people missing script updates. I have re-packed all the update files into a single archive and if you install them via the steps below, you will find yourself on the latest updated script version of the LC mod (28th Aug 2017). So, here's what you should do: Install a fresh copy of GTA Vice City. Have a clean installation of GTA3 ready for Audio Files.
