I suspect several people who have voted it up like me have done so at least partially as a protest against R* removing content.

Alongside the fact it was removed, Chemical Extraction was a rather elaborate mission at the time. Quite enjoyable and far less tedious compared to the Deliver EMP setup it presumably got removed for.

Because it is a elaborate mission.

Yes it's hard mission. But we use interiors, there is a hacking system, and you have to open a safe. Then you can leave with a helicopter (Pegasus), as if you stole it to Merryweather.
