So is Rockstar ever going to provide more interior options for apartme

Having some more interior options for apartments would be nice to have. Considering how many different apartments there are, it is pretty disappointing that there are so few unique interior styles. The Penthouses were a step in the right direction in that they allowed us to customize the interiors to an extent. I think in a perfect world, we'd get to choose from a selection of interior themes, and also pay for various expansions/upgrades to provide more space or more functionality within the apartments.

 

As for offices, it still baffles me how out of place the accommodation bed is. Considering how much we spend for offices and the accommodation, I felt like the least Rockstar could do is include a bed that looks like it fits in with the rest of the office, rather than a bed that looks like its from a homeless shelter. Or better yet, let us choose from several accommodation "styles." Aside from that, adding more purchasable expansions to the office would be nice - something more along the lines of the accommodation - which provides additional space and functionality - rather than the safe which just feels useless to me. For instance, a heist room perhaps?

 

I know these are pretty small nits to pick at in the grand scheme of things, but I hope a future DLC gives us more options in terms of apartment and office interiors to make them a little more unique to each player and provide added functionality. It feels boring to enter numerous apartments of different owners and see the same exact layout, and its jarring to see a cot from the local homeless shelter sitting in a multi-million dollar office, not to mention seeing random piles of money and other contraband strewn all across the floor...

I'd at least like a penthouse that isn't in Eclipse. I've been living in Richard's Majestic for about three years now, and I'd like to upgrade the place without moving to the spot where sh*tters live.

It would be nice if we did get some more options for our office decor. Same with stilt houses. I love my stilt house but its really annoying how I gotta go outside and then go to my garage. Oh and it'd be even nice if I could have my custom eclipse tower interior on Alta street.

The short answer: No, SIMS.

 

The long answer is: It seems unlikely that they'd devote additional resources on interiors, at this point. Not saying it wouldn't happen, but it's highly unlikely. They're more likely going to stick with DLC that will generate interest, especially where it comes to people cashing in their Shark Cards from Christmas or spending those duodecillions of glitched/cheated $GTA dollars that are still floating out in the serversphere.

Of course, I could be completely wrong and they could release an entire new line of properties and interiors, tomorrow. But, it's my opinion they won't.

I do agree, though, the office bed is lame. lol!

I'd assume that they'd add more coveted properties before they'd add more customization options to current properties, but then I'm just a peasant gamer.

I agree with what these fellas said. I think the only way we get new interiors for living quarters is if we get new places to live. Something like Beach Houses or Mansions would necessitate new interior options. Hopefully if we ever get either one of those options as a domicile we will have full customisation.

Honestly it's a miracle we even have ANY varied interiors. No idea why we cant swap between interiors like eclipse.

 

Keep in mind, Saints Row 2 had this feature almost a decade ago, so there really is no excuse.

I was hoping for an option to upgrade a low or a medium end appartement/garage to a high end one. Some of these are really good located and it would be perfect if it could be upgraded and by doing so adding a view and a ten car garage...

This....It's a great location, close to everything while being outside the usual uptown warzone. The best apartment view in the game imo...apartment 51 of course. I really like some of the interiors that can be changed in other apartments....but, i'm not crazy about their locations & their views don't match my current place, in fact there's only a couple of those apartments with views that even come close to being as good as my current apartment. I know i spend little time in the place, but when i am there i do appreciate the view, especially at night.

This. The penthouses are very cool, but no way I'm moving to Eclipse.

I agree. I doubt they'll retrofit the current apartments. If they gonna do it, it will be for new properties.

No because they haven't released any more contact missions, survivals, regular races, deathmatches, last team standings, captures, versus missions, parachuting, or heists. Only "new" adversary modes just don't cut it anymore. After gunrunning I would rather them add any of the ones I listed before making another public only freemode ceo reskin again. You can't just add adversary modes forever rockstar. Your going to have to change it up sooner or later before a lot of people get bored with them.

 

Hey I have something better than a leak about the gunrunning update. I know as a fact that there are new adversary modes coming in the gunrunning update. You know there are too many adversary modes being added when I can say that. Is anyone really surprised anymore when another adversary mode gets mentioned by rockstar, because I am not.

Yes and no, based on past DLC trends there will be new interiors, but they will only be for new properties as they are released.

 

Unless Rockstar released a DLC with a lifestyle theme, in which case they could add upgrades to existing properties.
