The textures keep blending on trees, cars, buildings and so on. On the photo below, take a look at the cars - the Taxi especially. I would provide a video showing the glitch in full effect, but if there are people that know the solution already, then please share. If needed, I can provide that video proof. Does different Screen Resolutions affect the problem? Your screenshot looks weird, are you by any chance using 16-bit resolution in game? Are you using up to date drivers? Your screenshot looks weird, are you by any chance using 16-bit resolution in game? My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (I'm sorry if I provided the wrong information, I lack knowledge in computers) The screenshot was made on 1680x1050x16 resolution, that's why the black bars.
