Has anyone else reached 100 million RP? You need to get to rank 1594 to achieve this. I'm on 1600 as I type. The other day a random noob messaged me "Wack, get a life". No idea what he really wanted. Then again, it probably looks like madness to a new player.

Aren't/weren't there a few people on here who had broken level 2,500? Pretty crazy. 

 

I haven't contributed to this thread in a while. Current stats - I forgot I sold my Nightclub and Bunker last night to break $70 million. Ranking up seems to happen quicker when you don't pay attention to your level.

My combined accounts exceed 2400 and I've earned around 3B.

I'm at rank 2286, so it's somewhere in the 185/186 million RP range.

I'm 86 Mio combined, will reach 94Mio combined before fall probably but will stop playing on PC after I think. I'm really bored. Its getting harder and harder to get good 2x PvE events, I mostly like heists, survivals, VIP and contact missions. I'd be probably reaching 100 easily with a couple of 2x VIP events. 

 

Thats my two accounts, fall of 2016 to 2019 and 2020 to 2022.

Well, hit level 3000 (294.7 mill RP) back in October, and crossed the 300 mill mark in February.

Been lazy since then, and just reinstalled GTA the other day after about two months break playing Forza instead.

Anyone trying to get the fancy globe animation for their rank up pics / vids be warned. They are broken as of The Contract Update. In particular the gang attacks (it still works the same in regular jobs if enough RP is earned on completion).

 

The screen will roll up the usual kill, headshots, point blanks, RP etc but refuse to show the spinny globe, level, or any text to confirm rank up. After completion there's only the blank opaque slate (shown below) and then disappears. If anyone is curious, you can replicate this. Just leave about 700RP before your next level -- gang attacks usually have 15/20 enemies (rarely 30 but sometimes) so 300RP max then a base 500RP from the attack itself. Upon completion you're supposed get a cool pic (used to) like this:

 

 

I was hoping to combine my 1300 and 1500 ranks this month but i guess i'll have to wait. Just a warning for those who might be as OCD as me. I sent a video over to support and some pics, hopefully it gets noticed. I'm sure lots of new and old players might have spotted this already as they rank up frequently. The distance between ranks is a lot smaller for those playing regular missions, so it's going to be fairly obvious to those who spend a lot of time free mode.

 

In the meantime, if anyone knows of any other method to get this kind of close up avatar shot with rank up screen in another job, such as adversary modes where you're on foot please drop me a reply.

 

So after the wait for the new update, The Criminal Enterprises DLC, it was time to check if support had been true to their word in telling me the afformentioned glitch with the rank up screen had already been reported and was being addressed in free mode. Turns out? They aint fixed sh*t.

 

 

Only way im getting a new fancy globe is a through a heist screen. *Sigh*

 

 

I reported this glitch / bug in December 2021. They told me they knew about it already, and closed my ticket after i asked about a time frame.

 

 

 

I waited 7 months. I guess "quality of life" actually means "quality of profits" with all the tweaks being made. I will be contacting them again to raise the same issue but at this point i know small things like this are moot.

This is rather niche bug, 99% of players don't care, so wouldn't expect it to get fixed ever. I guess you could photoshop them yourself while at it.

Yep which is why i said it's kinda moot, but since this entire DLC was supposed to revolve around QoL, so far i've seen plenty of bugs, and things not working as intended for newer content. If they haven't fixed newer stuff, they sure won't have fixed older content. Idk what i was expecting - hopium took hold of me on this one. I just appreciate the smaller details in this game.

So I got 12 GTA accounts. That makes 24 characters. Combined they have a little more than a billion gta$. My first (Creepy) is from 2016 with 10006 playhours and my 5th is from 2018 with 5.600 playhours. I got more efficient every time I got a new account. Going for 2*RP, 3*RP and 4*RP makes a huge difference. Got 6 PC's atm. One or two is used for streaming.

I don't understand whats the point having so many accounts and chars, like he has? I also got multiple computers and could create 2 more accounts and play with 3 at the same time, but for what? Just owning most stuff 3 times, with a bit of variation of locations and other cars?

 

In Fallout 76 it at least makes sense having multiple accounts, because they can share perks, and the other 2 accounts that idle can collect ressources or ammo with a macro, i got like unlimited ressources and ammo in FO76. Sure in GTAO the other accounts could be used to trigger business battles, and play races alone with several accounts to get many victories and other account statspadding but for what?

Some times I do but there aren't many jobs where it's possible because three characters would have to be passive. And it's boring. A huge part of the RP comes from Special Cargo. But doing 2,3,4*RP with others through an entire week gives a lot. 4*RP (17.000RP for 15 minutes or 9.000RP for 6 minutes) moves things quickly.

You can't do races that way. It doesn't work. Besides races are some of the lowest RP paying jobs and takes longer time. I have a lot of characters because it tends to get boring at high levels. Still like the first 120 levels best where you have to work hard to build your rempire. Besides Epic had accounts for free at some point!

I had a Rank 750ish, then RDR2 got released, and then I went to prison 2019 (obviously played to much GTA as a child) and got out in 2021 .. So 3 years away and now I cant varify my sh!t E-mail because Hotmail or Outlook (or what ever it is called now a days) cant be reached. There for cant log in on my old account

 

I am rank 280 on my new account.. Sooo.. am I in lol?

Rank 750 and 280 don't add up to 1000, cause rp you need for each higher level gets higher and higher. Btw you don't really need email to recover accounts, you just need purchase details (i.e. it's really easy if you own the game on steam, otherwise get any payment data you used when buying game from your bank or whatever).
