REXX's Stunt Races [PS4]

Hello GTAForums community. For those that do not know me I am a dedicated GTA Photographer and Content Creator. As well as a proud member of GTAF All-Stars and my recently established crew, Team Sol 9.

 

I have decided to create a separate thread for my stunt races so the community can have easy access to them without having to scroll though hundreds of pages in the Share Your Creations thread. I have also been posting a lot there over the recent months and it seems to be getting pretty cluttered with my own creations, not giving anyone else a chance. So I feel a separate thread is the best option.

 

I won't be posting every stunt race I create, only certain ones that have had a lot of effort put into them and ones I personally believe the community would enjoy.

 

My races will be categorized into four classes, allowing the community to distinguish how "stunty" a race is:

 

Track Only Stunt Race: Classed as a Stunt Race however soley consists of a circuit.

 

Mild Stunt Race: Features a small amount of stunts.

 

Heavy Stunt Race: Features a considerable amount of stunts.

 

Full-On Stunt Race: Features a vast amount of stunts.

 

I will keep this thread up to date as much as possible with new creations. I'm also thinking about taking requests, however I'm still thinking about that. So for now, just a place for my creations and hopefully feedback from the community :)

 

And remember, just like my Photography Sets and Annihilation Nation jobs, all my creations are for PlayStation 4!

HEATSTROKE (RUINER 2000)

Class: Full-On

 

Game Mode: Stunt Race

 

Players: 1 - 16

 

Description: With the blinding sun in your eyes, your engine clogging up with sand and temperatures exceeding 104°F, you're probably asking yourself; why am I here? Simple, Bullshark Testosterone just isn't doing it for you. Built with the special abilities of the Ruiner 2000 in mind, Heatstroke will have you jumping, smashing and gliding your way through a lap race in the Grand Senora Desert under the scorching sun. You're guaranteed to finish with a new tan... If you're really lucky, sunstroke.

ION DELTA (ROCKET VOLTIC)

Class: Mild

 

Game Mode: Stunt Race

 

Players: 1 - 30

 

Description: Looking like something from a sci-fi film in the distance, Ion Delta will provide thrill-seekers and speed freaks with their required dose of pure pleasure. Ion Delta is an aerial circuit tailored for the Special Ability of the Coil Rocket Voltic featuring elevated sections, tight turns, high-speed straights and two colossal iconic loops which will either make you pass out or vomit.

PALETO BAY GP

Game Mode: Stunt Race

 

Players: 1 - 16

 

Description: Welcome to the Paleto Bay GP. With a chicken factory on one side and high speed circuit on the other, fast food and racing just got better. Don't be fooled with this circuit's simple design; with tight bends, narrow sections and two high speed straights, you and your beloved vehicle will be pushed to its absolute limit. Vehicles can be repaired in the pit lane in GTA Mode.

VINEWOOD RACETRACK GP

Players: 1 - 16

Description: Welcome to the Vinewood Racetrack GP; where there's just power, not horses. Come rain or shine, this simple 1,0km oval circuit will be sure to satisfy all kinds of drivers. Ideal for endurance races.

Rexx, do you mean you had issues making the race long enough to publish?

 

If you are trying to get the distance you can put a primary checkpoint somewhere out of the way to get the distance and then put a secondary on the track you want, all you need is a means of getting to that primary CP when you are testing. When people are racing they'll hit checkpoint one then the only checkpoint two they will see is the secondary if you place it next in line.

 

Not sure, I have explained that very well.

 

If I haven't, this is a crap track I made but should give you a vague idea of what I mean.

I actually tried that, but placed the primary checkpoint then tried extending the distance with the secondary. I did the opposite, explains why it didn't work! :p Thanks for the tip mate!

No worries.

 

Between the Time Trials and a few odds and sods I've not really been doing much creating and I've a few job ideas but had been reading your Mission Creator thread and then wandered into the content creator section in general.

 

Which is a section I've not really ventured into much, which is odd given how much I love creator.

The secondary CP trick can open up all sorts of option for new short races, I have got one race that you lap in about 20 seconds in Pantos, a 1/4 drag race and a few more. You can also place primary and secondary CP's closer together so you can use the same trick for races that use the same bit of road twice and get 2 CP's almost on the apex.

 

I done a race in the same spot as the one you posted Rexx and used an 'off-track' primary CP to get the race length over .62 miles - http://rsg.ms/9dd43e9 The pics in the spoilers show how the CP's work.

Description: Take a step into the year 2150 with this ultra futuristic high-speed race exclusively for the Shotaro. Giving this a minor bump. I have updated Go Go Shotaro - Blue with more props thanks to the San Andreas Super Sport Series update, which provided an additional 50 props.

And warps will be available in the creator at some point via the dripfeed according to the newswire.. while youtubers are getting their knickers in a twist about how 'lacklustre' this DLC is, us creators welcome the new additions :)

Description: With blinding purple lit tunnels and warp points strong enough to make you vomit in the past, present and future simultaneously, brace yourself as you and up to 15 others step into the year 2050 for an ultra-futuristic race featuring the iconic Deluxo and briefly the Shotaro.

Description: When aliens visit San Andreas, what better way to greet them by racing up to 30 Deluxos around their spaceship's dystopic looking pipeline layout.
