What use are Apartments now?

So, with CEO Offices with built-in 60 Car Garages and added mod shops, etc...

Whats the point in owning an Apartment with its 10 Car Garage?

Other then wanting to host a Heist?

If you don't care to do any Heist missions, then couldn't we technically just live out of our CEO Office, using its Accommodation Upgrade that adds a small living space in the office, and adding in the Garage and Mod Shop add-ons...

That all kinda makes owning Apartments a little redundant now doesn't it?

I have the CEO office with garage space and living quarters and I also three apartments; one at Eclipse, a trailor in Sandy Shore (its such a dump, I love it) and also a house in Poleto which is right next to a Pegasus spawn point. I like having different homes with different spawn locations and also different interiors so for me its not bad. I did get rid of my Stilt House because I didn't need that and my apartment at Eclipse as they were too close together.

Other than the need for hosting heists the apartments provide a 10 car well lighted garage, a spawn location, a clean interior, and location for evasion and vehicle repair. The more properties the more evasion and free auto repair places you have. I purchased a 2 car dumpy house near Trevor's trailer just to have for car washes/repairs and a spare car in that location.

I also now live at my office with convenient snack supply and best of all the helipad on the roof. I only need the 20 car garage and i just use the 6 spaces on the 1st floor. I do wish there would be an option to keep my office clean and not with all the loot and stuff scattered around the place. I also wish my assistant would wear more than the same outfit.

To teleport

Being able to fast travel to the city by using an incomplete heist is a significant benefit of owning a high end apartment

And there we have the reason to own a Heist Apartment. You didn't really think this through did you OP?

TBH I do quite like owning a crappy little Mid-Range apartment on my third character as well as an office. It's Grimy, but it suits him.

Just another one of those "pointless" things that adds depth and variety to the game. I love watching the world from my stilt house balcony, with the breeze rustling the trees, birds singing, cars climbing into the hills, and city lights sparkling in the distance. Beats the sh*tty view of the ugly house opposite I have from my real window.

You can call to a stripper and ask her to come to your place. Never forget that one.

Adult entertainer, stripper is so demeaning. Lol

They dont strip either, they're either dressed or they're not. Very misleading.

I'd honestly pay for the addition to have a heist room in my office.. Stupid that it doesn't..

Yeah, I want the secretary to pack lunches.

And a kiss on the cheek while we go and rob the Pacific Standard for the 50th time.

to shower and to avoid griefers.

Lonely-Martin

I need the wardrobe space, all those clothes take some looking after... Lol...

Seriously, to heist obviously, as mentioned, and to fast travel at various locations and confuse trolls...

speaking of wardrobes does anyone know if you can buy the outfits we wear in the recent event?

i like them!

If you only want 60 cars then they aren't much use. If you want more then you're going to have to buy apartments as there aren't many 10 car garages.

Other than that there are a couple of heist advantages and a bit of role play for those who give a sh*t about that.
