Hood not Opening Bug - The Cars

So what are all the cars currently affected by this bug? If you dont know what this bug is, well when you try opening the Hood on your car on some cars it wont open evem though a sound effect for the hood opening plays. So far, the list of cars (will be edited to add more and more cars):

Buccaneer Custom

Sultan RS

Elegy Retro Custom

And i heard it happens on some other lowriders, but can somebody confirm this?

Add the Elegy Retro Custom and possibly the base Elegy
