buy a luxury home, a powerful PC capable of playing any modern game, and invest the rest in equities, gold, and other tax free options.

I'd buy a house straight out, no mortgage for me. Buy a decent car, nothing flashy, for me they're just a way of getting from a to b.

Buy a PS4 and a high end gaming pc with all games I want. And then save the rest.

i'd make tank an offer he couldn't refuse

Why Tank and not Max or the Virgillo brothers?

With 1 million I would also buy a sports car and drive at top speed in an isolated area.

1 million is jack sh*t these days. If it was a million USD you would only get one average priced home in Sydney, Australia ,with 200k left over, or 1 and a half houses in any other city.
Put the money in an index with the most minimal fees, the ASX 200 will give you 4-6% per year just in dividends, so 40-60k in the first year even if the market doesn't move, but it's up 30% in the last 5 years, so if you didn't dip into your dividends or sell any shares and the market doesn't crash, in another 5 years your one million would have multiplied several times and you can sell the shares and claim a nice 50% discount on capital gains tax because you held the stocks for over 12 months :D

Don't quit your job or buy any fancy cars, just cut your hours a little at work so it covers your expenses, you'll keep busy but have a lot more time to do things, take 15k for a nice holiday, in a few years you can dip in and have some fun, and know you have long term financial security.

I don't know. I guess it'll be good at first. But, when I'm bored. Who knows? Maybe I'll burn it all up or flush all the money into the toilet.

A hitman.

Who would be a problem solver and a friend all in one easy to manage package.
He'd have to be handsome too.

Then we'd live a long life surrounded by fluffs and and pretty things.

I think a million would be enough to force someone to basically be my bitch.

1. Student Loans.

2. Buy well specc'd Sonic Grey Civic Hatchback with grey vanity plates (first car, why tf would I buy a sports car?)

3. Save it for after graduation and getting job.

Well that sucks for y'all. A fancy 3600sqft house here can be had for 400k and that's even on a half acre lot. If you wanted a basic average house, 200k is more than enough.

Anyway, doesn't sound like much. It would make me feel a lot more comfortable when I graduate college and look for a job. I'd have money, no loans, money to fall back on. I'd have no problem buying a "fancy" car then. But it's not about flash it's about what I like.

Buy some property to build a house on and see about paying property taxes for 30 years up front. Gonna need a car, but nothing too flashy, its only a million dollars, most likely a ford sedan comparable to todays Ford Taurus or Ford Fusion, Will most likely invest in self sustaining energy to power the whole property, Hopefully Geothermal which can also be used to heat the house in cold months.

The house will be built for a 5 person household even though I live alone, But I would pass it on to my brother and his family when I die, I figure his 3 kids would have their own rooms, a room for him and his wife as well as a guest bedroom.

But its only a million dollars which doesnt go far in the USA anymore these days so hopefully all this can be done under it.

Buy a decent sized house--oh wait. $1 million get you f*ck all in Australia property related :p

1. Invest some of it in the stock market

2. Buy one car of my choice, Nissan Skyline R32 GTR

3. Buy a 3D printer to print two firearms of my choice.

4. Buy a retired public bus and convert it to a motorhome with either a cyberpunk or retrofuturistc finish

5. Give some to my mum and her family and friends overseas.

Buy a couple houses, fix them up sell them. Repeat til i have 10-20 houses, fix them up, rent them out til i had multi-million dollars. Buy apartment complex and a couple gas stations.

Hire financial advisor and lawyer.

Buy a big house and put my family in it.

Buy acres of land, build duplexes on them, rent them out.

Buy or build a warehouse and use it for a homeless shelter, money from a profitable owned property will help fund this.

Fund my own PMC unit.

Make a movie.

Make a game.

Become a legislature for the betterment of my community.

Mister Pink

Buy a modest but spacious house with studio space. Probably outside the city but close and easily accessible.

Buy lots of cameras and camera gear.

Buy a nice luxury car but not too expensive. Maybe a BMW 3 series or a second-hand Merc. Something comfy, not too flashy but elegant.

Some money to parents and brother. Some money to charity too.

I would aim to to all of the above for under 450,000

Then I would spend 50,000 or so travelling and taking photos. Maybe just backpack while giving myself a super comfortable budget 4,000 per month. Some times treating myself to somewhere nice in the cheaper countries and then hosteling it up in others, for the fun and because you get to meet other travelers very easily in hostels.

I would invest the rest in property. Maybe buy an apartment, house or business property to lease out for the next 15 or 20 years. That rent in could be my income for the forseeable future and hopefully the property will raise in value over the next 20 years.

No Use For A Name

Well my first answer was the obvious one, 1,000,000 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's...but I just noticed they raised the price to $1.69? Wow, greedy scummy bastards.

My new answer is 591,715 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's

Not sure what I'll do with the leftover $1.65; maybe a nice family vacation or something
