Gnocchi Flip Flops
It's weird because I take an interest in old boring economy cars from the 80's and 90's the nobody likes. I guess it's all subjective. What I'd class as a boring car is probably any non-performance American car between 2000 and 2010. So many uninspired designs. I always regard the 00's as horrible for most cars. It was a mixture of curves from the 90's with edges and more bulk, not to mention a lot of poorly executed retro cars like the first iteration of the S197 Mustang and PT Cruiser. Just a lot of horrible boring designs that didn't age well at all. That's why when people criticize the way cars look today I often scoff, I mean it's all opinions yeah, but right now is much better than a decade ago when it comes to design. 2007? Oh lord... Razor440
The Ford Fairmont is a good car, but it's a tad too square to excite some people. The Dodge Aries is another cliche "boring car." Last but not least, a good old '86 Buick LeSabre Custom.(Fun fact: the Willard in GTA IV, which is based on an old LeSabre similar to this, is listed under the "Boring Sedans" category.) K1FFLOM
After work on Friday, driving home, I saw a dark-green 300SL "gull-wing" with rudge wheels driving across an intersection. An unusual sight.... But. I did not react at all. It was only one short glance and my eyes went back to the traffic-lights, even though I could have looked on or even followed it for a pic. For me here in Germany such a 300SL is a boring car. Such as all VWs from 1977 onwards, W124 Mercs, any BMW from 1992 onwards... Just visit the classic-car show "techno classica" in Essen, Germany. You will stop counting those 300SL. And I have been to that show often... On the other hand the original 300SL Uhlenhaut car or the Panamericana 300SL are cars that would make my heart jump. The regular 300SL ? The only one that would interest me would be the decomposing one in Kuba. I'd buy that one, leave it like it is if I had the money. It is all a matter of perspective, I guess. But I would prefer a Muntz Jet anytime to a Gull Wing... Edited March 26, 2017 by K1FFLOM

Pavle
I like the E36, but here it's way too common, and all look like sh*t. It's cheap to own, register and drive. No one really bothers taking care of them. Especially the sedans. Murciélago, Gnocchi Flip Flops and GrudgefromSanAndreas
turbocharger
^True, but unfortunately that's the case with two thirds of vehicles on Balkans, not just E36 (which I find to be ugly, but that's unrelated to the topic). People here treat their cars like crap, they are mainly looked at as appliances which take you from point A to point B. Vehicles are serviced only when something breaks down and can't be driven furthermore, as if it's not even theirs, I mean what the f*ck. A savage level mentality and it really saddening and embarrassing. Seeing a clean and well maintained car is a rarity, and it puts a smile on my face when I see one. That's why I often say any car can look fairly good if looked after properly (well except for Multipla and similar crap). I probably shouldn't even bother mentioning the cars I think are boring as I see a lot of them everyday, but here are some that first come to mind: old Puntos, every Golf except mk1 and mk7, older Mondeos, almost all station wagons, every ugly ass previous gen Peugeot, Fabia mk2 etc etc. Any car which is a base model can't look not boring. Seeing black plastic strips across the doors, black door handles, hubcaps and steelies makes my blood boil. Which means my blood boils all the time basically. I wouldn't call the M4 boring but they are so conmon. They always catch my glance but a day ago I saw two near each other. One parked with another driving by. The RS5 is finally starting to get more common and the same effect is happening. I want to see more ATSVs and C63 AMG Coupes. Ferraris? Nowhere near as boring to me but I cannot say they're uncommon having seen three in under a week. Where are the Lamborghinis? I have yet to spot a Huracan or Aventador, well Aventador but like 3 years ago. Edited March 29, 2017 by Scaglietti Murciélago
Murciélago
I hate that "effect" lol. I used to find everything exciting but after seeing so many cars, I no longer find cars like the 458, Huracan, or 650S interesting. Like when they drive past, I'm just like "oh another McLaren." That being said, the Huracan, 650S, and 458 are not boring cars at all. They're just too common for me to take pics of.
