RCs or Drones for GTA 6?

I previous had a argument with a 3D Era Fan Boy and I'm a HD Era GTA Gamer. He said to take it else where, so I'm making this Poll. To show the people have a choice and not be disappointed in GTA 6 . Choice only 2 between both sets and the set with most Votes Wins!

Feel free to post Pictures of your favorite Drones and RCs too. The RC Helicopters are not stealthy in the 3D Era and the Advanced Drones are stealthy. Imagine switching between missles and silenced sniper bullets! Note: I've forgot to include silenced sniper bullets to the advanced drones.

Military drones seems very overkill to have: just hide yourself on the other side of the map and drop missiles in everyone. If they take you down, just go there yourself and finish the killing. Would be cool to control them in one mission and maybe have them as an enemy, but not have it on freeroam/other missions. If we have drones, I'd like a civilian one to spot enemies and take screenshots, a mix between W_D2 and Forza Horizon 3's drones, maybe strap grenades to drop them. And I voted for RC planes because I liked Zero's missions a lot.

I'd like RC toys and drones. But no guns or missles. This isn't call of duty or some sh*t where you can stick guns onto anything that moves.

No I didn't say from Online. We all know it took time to set up stuff. Someone like Lester who is a hacker, can find a military drone and take it for a heists set up.

GTA protagonists don't like buying stuff. They like getting the job done without a trace or witness left behind. If you ever played any of the GTAs "especially GTA5", you would know this. A RC is just the Loud option and a Military Drone is the Smart option to a heists.

RC will be easier but will most likely get a heists member killed and multiple RCs destroyed. Merryweather could have drones too, not just the military bases. Drones are just more stealthy and advanced.

Stealing from Merryweather would pretty much be the same as stealing from a military base. And even then, I doubt Merryweather is going to be in the next game since they lost their license to operate in the US at the end of GTA 5. Even though drones are "just more stealthy and advanced", the chances of a street criminal getting their hands on them are nil to slim. So again, why waste resources to get a drone? Why not just use RC helicopters? How will an RC helicopter get a heist member killed? And what's the matter with multiple RC vehicles being destroyed? They're expendable, at least much moreso than drones.

Im not ignoring anything or naming anything. You're so ignorant, i've previous posted that you are free to post pictures of your favorite RCs and Drones. His questions are repulsive so i can't be losing the argument, I'm only losing the Poll Votes. Q1: You can't waste resources, if you're stealing them. Q2: The blades of the RC would kill the Heists Member unintentionally. Q3: The mission time might run out if to many are destroyed. Q4: Military drones are not sold to the public and are better at the job done. Also I'd said Hacker might know where to steal a drone and not a street criminal.

I'm sure theoretically you could design an RC vehicle that fires weapons. I know some RC tanks and battleships that can fire projectiles, but whether or not they're lethal is up to whoevers making them. As far as your questions go:

 

Q1) So why bother stealing from an army base when you can just steal from a hobby shop, RC swapmeet, etc without half the danger from stealing from an army base?

 

Q2) You should've paid for a better heist member who knew what they were doing.

Q4) just because they're not sold to the public doesn't automatically mean they should be used get the job done. Should Michael have just found a nuclear missile and nuked the tennis coach's house? No. So why bother going through all the work to get a drone when you could get an RC vehicle with less effort and danger?

 

Also don't give me any of that A HACKER CAN GET DAT DRONE AND HELP YOU bullsh*t that we've seen too much of in Watch Dogs and Online.

I'm totally into anything that's RC. Just give it proper controls. Something like War Thunder game perhaps. So it would be possible to use mouse and keyboard properly. Not everyone wants to buy a gamepad just so he can not get screwed by horrible controls. I didn't play through all GTA San Andreas and these RC missions were one of the things that stopped me from playing.

 

Also, I'm certain that a team of experienced game designers from R* would be perfectly capable of sorting out these hilarious issues that mister Str8upBallin4eva seems to be so concerned about.

Drones ruin the whole fun. It's not like you'd play as government agent in the next GTA. I'd fancy having the RC Baron. That's the only RC Vehicle I need. And the minigun is a must when mounted with it.

RC helicopters, planes, tanks, cars all of them. If you call a small four rotor unit a drone, then why not. Just not the way the OP is describing them.

This would fit more in a game such as Watch_Dogs or Saints Row. Definitely not GTA, unless it has a reason to be there - such as merely being used as a recreational activity in a cutscene. Personally, seeing someone fly a drone in the late 2010s would not seem out of place at all - it entirely depends on the context. Having it as a main gameplay feature of course wouldn't work since GTA isn't built around drones - it's built around guns, cars, and melee weapons, not strategic hacking techniques or RC planes dropping bombs (that's more 3D era.)

I like the drone idea in fairness but I think a range should be put in place, therefore if you're shooting ten shades of sh*t out of people with heatseekers then can at least find the drone and thus narrow down the scope of hunting for you. Would make it a little more dangerous for the ... Drone-E...that the term? Pilot perhaps.
