what's your reaction when a npc driver cuts you off or hits your car?

the other day while i was driving down the freeway to los santos i got cut off by a npc driver who gave me the finger when i beeped my horn.

so i hit the gas and forced the driver off the road.

When that sh*t happens, I pull out either my favorite AP Pistol and or sticky bomb.

I live in Chicago and IRL, giving someone the finger can trigger anything from a full-on tussle in the street to a gunshot. I lay off the horn and the finger and go about my business. In Los Santos, f*ck all that. I'll stop what I'm doing, cut the jackhole off, pull them out of their car and beat them with that trusty pipe-wrench. If you get into a good rhythm, you can really get a nice bloody pulp going. The poor folks of Los Santos get the brunt of what I'd like to do to some Chicago drivers. It's all just yin-yang/circle of life.

1. if I'm cruising with a smile, my reaction is, "ugh, they totally coded the NPC drivers in this game to do that," and I move on.
2. if I'm going somewhere with intent, like to a Pegasus spawn, LSC, or trying to hit a jump, I get annoyed and cuss at the tv.
3. if I'm doing something with a time limit or in a mission, I'll cut them off and drag them out of their car to, y'know, teach them a lesson.
4. if I'm chasing another player and the heat is on, I'll treat the NPC like another player, ending them with a glorious and explosive conclusion.

5. if I'm battling cops and trying to get to a safe place, and they cut me off or block me in, I'll blow everyone around me up, including myself. Just because.

but in my pic i crashed the npc driver with my primo, it can be seen on the shoulder.

It depends on how stupid the driver is and how severe my toon's resulting boo-boos are. For a super idiotic offense, like suddenly stopping in the middle of the fuggin' highway to let oncoming traffic make a left-hand turn, I almost always chase the dummy down, drag them out of their car, and then savagely kick them to death by the side of the road whilst relishing in a few sassy expletives. And then I set their corpse on fire ... before I drive their automobile into the nearest, deepest body of water I can find.

Usually, quick AP pistol to the head while I'm driving by; if I'm really angry I take out the car with a few extra shots to the gas tank.

 

Slightly OT, but the Ammu-nation clerk who shoots you when you're in the store? I'm still getting revenge on him with most every visit (after robbing the cash registers).

LOL. I've done this too. Also, backing their car's rear tires on their head and then performing a burnout on their skull is oddly satisfying.

In passive mode and care = Pull them out of their car and park it on top of them.

In a Kuruma = Center punch them into oncoming traffic.

.5 miles from my destination after driving rationally across the map not hitting anything = Fiery death.

Can't formulate the game winning drive without film, right? Coach?

 

I always thought it'd be funny and a bit cheeky if there were driving animations for players while getting cut off/fender bender/pile ups where our characters spill hot coffee on themselves or accidentally shoots themselves while on a high speed chase or even drops their own sticky bomb onto their laps.

 

If the traffic AI is going to be erratic, might as well make it ridiculous.

I kind of know how the traffic works and when somebody is gonna move into my lane so before they do i move behind them as they move over. If I'm going fast and they just cut me off I pass. If I can't pass and I hit them then I do what I do when somebody is driving stupid and flips me off. I cut in front of them, stop, get out of my car with my golf club, pull them out and beat them til they're unconcious.

I like taking them out of the car and shooting flares at them because the screams are glorious.

Depends on what happens.If NPCs just cut me off,I ignore it.

If they crash into me and damage my car,I crash into them and damage their car.If they damage my bike but don't cause me to fall off,I kick their car from my bike.

If they damage my car or cause me to fall off my bike,and then start insulting me,I usually kill them (either shoot them or pull them out of their car and beat them up).
