It's all a bit skewed, I agree. The Dodo is named after a bird that doesn't fly or land on water, and the Mallard stunt plane is named after a bird that does just that, but doesn't land on water, if you get what I mean? The Dodo plane should have been called the Mallard IMO, and the Mallard stunt plane should be called something else completely. The Wasp or something.

I use it to get to my Yacht sometimes

Sometimes I land the Dodo a mile away from my Yacht and then request my CEO dinghy for free. I like planes in this game in general, anyway.

There's more to life in the unarmed Pegasus vehicle category than just the Cargobob. I called the Besra last night to do the 'upside down' challenge and not be labelled a jet griefer, the Vestra to take two people back from Sandy Shores, the Dodo for some coke deliveries, and the Mallard for a bit of dicking around with its new rubber-band handling. They're all useful in their own way.

I took my liberator for a ride last session, I sometimes cruise in my Tug, fly my Dodo, steal a Mallard, get in my Crop Duster or my Cuban800, or sail into the ocean in my newly bought Toro

There is just so much more than the Cargobob... tough I still want to buy one, nevertheless.

100% agree. The Cargobob is great and some people use it as a preference for I/E missions. I have both versions too, the standard and Jetsam versions (a crazy impulse purchase one evening) but there are many more vehicles out there too.

 

The problem with Pegasus vehicles is not being customisable or storable, so unless you've got a specific use for them, they're pretty useless and clutter your Pegasus list. Rockstar have partly remedied this by giving us the I/E bunker, so we can store, tune and re-spray certain vehicles, but I say they should expand this and let us store much much more...
