Seriously, the only downside I can think of is its sh*t brakes. If you want to land it you'll have to shutdown the engines and then start fiddling around with the altitude until you're low enough. Diving will only break it up, and there's no way to land "fast". Even I, who used to call myself a decent pilot, has found it a bit difficult to land flawlessly.

 

You forgot: Can survive 1-2 missiles and still land

 

 

Umm, you forgot about the Vestra not being able to fly upside down. It's a great little plane for two people, I love it, but try flying it upside down and you'll see.

Don't know who Achyls is, but I do know you mr. Hunter. One of my previous incarnations used to be one of your "helpers" in threads just like this one...

 

I have a lot of "helpers" - everyone believes in Hunters, and their rights are generally considered more these days.

 

I can't say I remember many helpers who got banned. Labrat_md? I picked up a different vibe from him to the one I'm getting right now though.

 

My MTADS system views all equally anyway. Helper or not, you shouldn't kick up trouble or disregard the rules of the thread. Or at least have some confirmation from a mod or something.

You're more than welcome to vote when your account is a month old, as no-one really cares about your past history, that's for the mods to worry about.

I also think the existing rule of needing to be a member for at least two weeks (not a month, thanks Amy) is good and should stay the way it is. Why? Because elimination games last for quite a while, and if the membership rule was shortened banned members could re-register and potentially spoil the party.

Because that awesome version isn't a Pegasus vehicle. It's the delivery-only version, like the faster-than-a-glacier but indestructible Tug, and the VIP Ruiner2000 with infinite missiles: too good for personal ownership.

In relation to the 'Bob? Not counting Vehicle Import/Export work, pretty often, and more than most of my Pegasus list. It's one of my favorite exploration vehicles because it can fly yet land on water. Also a challenge vehicle to play "can I land here and take back off?" Like that little lake on Mt. Gordo. It's a fast vehicle for yacht spotting. I'm just glad the water landing are Arcade-simple, unlike flying the DeHaveland Beaver in Flight Unlimited 2 where even moderately calm waves were lethal unless you learned how to "land in the trough"
