Found the easiest way in my opinion to do this solo. Run "Pier Pressure" Job solo during the daytime..There's dozens and dozens of people on the pier, (where the green icon for the meth is...) run from one end of pier to the other, chasing and clobbering the fleeing mobs for about 20 minutes. I did my last 2 bars this way.Not sure exactly how fast it is but 2 bars in 20 minutes of fun, priceless..Finish mission for nice RP and some loot, or suicide charge the crew under the pier and end it faster, LOL. Doesn't matter, you get the strength fast as hell this way.

what i did a couple weeks ago was creating a dummy capture game in creator with max hostile npc (unarmed, infinite respawn), set capture time to 30 minutes and test it, got it maxed out in one go.

I didn't think of making one, that's beyond a lot of peoples attention span. I just wanted to help out those who don't have the time, patience, or interest to create a job. Rockstar has us covered with Pier Pressure..Oh, Dive off the warehouse roof on the docks, stay under till flashing red, then surface and repeat..Levels your lung capacity fast. You can dive off the pier, but it is painfully slow. The higher dive seemed to level me super fast..If you need stealth, same pier pressure map, just stalk around in silent mode and stab people..very fast as well.12391029_662750647198797_348316817424366

thats been out for a while but whats better is to go down to where the bodybuilders workout they will fight you longer, also the beach clears at night at that time go up by the night clubs and fight the bouncers and other people, rinse repeat day and night
