Seashark glitch in 'Signal' patched?

I've tried it numerous ways and times now, but it still says we all have to go back to those f*cking pedo jet-ski's before we can rescue the neurotic jewish guy.

What are you all doing? All going for heli? Some for sharks up ahead? I've only ever noticed that bug when we get the heli and some others drive up to the hidden seasharks. I did it today worked fine but I haven't rebooted my game in hours.

 

Either way if you send someone to blow them up the next waypoint should appear.

We tried it different ways but always with some random getting on a seashark, which for a long time hasn't been a problem as long as some or several other players just get to the island no matter how, no? On the last try we all drove straight to the island, killed everyone and still, it said that we all had to equip ourselves with a seashark.

 

Either way, your last paragraph might do the trick.

Sad... I completed the same mission with heli few days ago and everything was ok for me (PC).
Can you just take the seasharks which are on the shore close to the bridge?

Inb4 the helicopter method gets removed because people are using it in the finale instead of the armored kuruma which they cant use.

I once did, but then I realized it's more for the giggles and sh*t than efficiency since a) you'll likely lose the jet unless you manage to park it before someone get to Avi (harder than parking the chopper), and b) the "clear out the cops on the island" part is trivially easy without resorting to a jet anyway, and it's the getaway that you should be worried about (which the jet doesn't help much even if you manage to save it).

Aye, and I've killed Avi a few times on some mad gun-runs, so not really ideal - probably done the full heist over 1000 times over the years, so I'm mostly being an arse by showing off due to boredom.

Since i&e skipping the helicopter sh*t indeed does not work anymore all the time.

 

The best method now is to have 2 people go to the seasharks and let them go to the island while 2 people get a heli.

 

Even if sh*t does go wrong i assume(havent tried it out yet, because randumbs) avi will again get his marker and the notification will come to take him out and go on the trip to grapeseed.

Sometimes marker won't get updated if you on island, when you ignored the seasharks. Most likely because of the bad connection. Solution is simple, just destroy seasharks and it won't bother you.

Super car to seasharks at bridge always seemed the fastest. There have been times where I was the ONLY one going to those and I took out all the enemies before anyone else even got to the island.

Nope, it will change to the second objective.

So, one guy goes to the seasharks and blow them up, rest of the crew proceeds to the island, business as usual.

 

Just to be sure, from now on I will blow the seasharks when I pass by Chumash.
