Liberty City Differences in 1987

I would enjoy seeing a 70s-80s rendition of the original Liberty City from the 3D era. I imagine it would feature bikes and motorcycles since they didn't get outlawed until GTA III. The Liberty Memorial Coliseum also might look slightly different since it was being renovated in LCS.
