Purpose

This crew was created with a very specific purpose. In GTA Online, it is not always easy to find good associates to work with as a CEO or good people to work with in a Motorcycle Club. That being said, this crew was created to provide people with the opportunity to have decent people who want to do the work when they need it.

Recruitment

Recruitment is being done on a google form and in game. The ranks will be issued as follows:

Muscle

You will remain as a muscle if you join the crew as an associate looking for work. This is where the people who want money and RP but are not running any sort of organization work.

Representative

This position is earned through doing constant and good work with owners of organizations or clubs. This position is only awarded with recommendation by one of the somebody of rank Lieutenant or higher and must be approved by somebody of the rank Commissioner or higher.

Lieutenant

This rank is automatically awarded to anybody who joins that is the owner of an organization or MC. Abuse of abilities as a Lieutenant results in removal from crew.

Commissioner

The Commissioner rank is reserved for the organization or MC owners who have remained loyal, constantly employed associates, and remained active.

Rules

•Do not kill crew members

- The only exception is when all parties involved agree such as for deathmatches or freemode competition

•This must be set as your active crew if of rank Commissioner

- You may set another crew as after requesting permission from the Leader and only for an allotted amount of time to be discussed

•Discipline and removal is to be carried out by any person of rank Commissioner or higher.

•Any incident that you may deem inappropriate or a breach of the rules must be communicated to a Commissioner or the Leader in a reasonable amount of time.

•Promotions are given based on performance and certain exceptions to the rules of ranks are possible (Such as an associate moving above Representative)
