Its ticking time and there's will a point when normal apps, like web browsers / music players / graphic editors / Office suits (Office 2019 already lacks support for Windows 7) will reach a version that will remove Windows 7 support and will only run on Windows 8.1 and 10 ONLY (most likely)... Really only Windows 10 is actual now! Many of newer games on Origin / UPlay / Steam does NOT SUPPORT Windows 7 at all, appears same is applied for Windows 8.1 (even though that Windows OS has support until January 2023). Majority of new games (since around April-May 2020) already supports Windows 10 only (and will only runs on that OS), and on nothing else / earlier! I believe you can't mod 1.1 US because Rockstar put a block into modding that version. This isn't the only time Rockstar games put a stop to modding in their games. San Andreas 1.1 and steam version doesn't allow you to mod unless you downgrade to a better version of the game. Link to post Share on other sites

I had disk version of original game but after installing official patch for it, back from the days when Rockstar tried to fix things, it updates the game from version 1.0 to 1.1 Link to post Share on other sites
