Stuck before Merryweather mission and don't know how to proceed

It's been months since I've played story mode so I don't remember the mission progression. The last missions I played were Cargobob and Minisub, but now there's no more mission markers on my map for any of my characters. I found the Nigel side missions but after finishing those, there's no more missions on my map anywhere. I read that quick saving and loading the new save will help refresh your progress but it didn't work. Where do I go from here?

You should have an L for Lester's first assassination mission. It's a requirement for Franklin for the story to progress. You only need to do the first one though.

 

Wasn't you supposed to park a getaway vehicle for that heist as well? It's been a minute.

Yeah there should be a marker for Lester I'm pretty sure. I'm not long past that part!

Yeh actually...what those two said...if there are still no markers though try phoning people..it seems to kick the game back to life for me some of the time.
