With a little bit of thinking you'll know. And how to know the location you are in gta-sa without mods? Press ESC > navigate to MAP > then hover your mouse to where your character is, the name of the place will appear afterwards. Fly with mouse: if enabled, your aircraft will follow your mouse. If you push your mouse upward, your aircraft will nosedive. If you move it left or right, your aircraft will roll left or right. You can find your location by pausing the game, going onto the map, and hovering your cursor over CJ's blip. It will name your location on the bottom-right of the map.
