Should I worry about this report?

I was playing Violent Duct with this other guy, and he did nothing for about 80% of the mission. After I got the coke, I decided to go kill him with my car. My K/D is like 4.4 b/c I only kill inactive people during missions. So, I thought, why not kill him? He's done nothing to help me; he never moved from his spawn point. So, I did it. After he spawned in again, he started to move after I tried to kill him again and proceeded to call me a little bitch, to run away, and to go collect my free money (odd how I did all the work but he did nothing, yet it is "free" for me). Anyway, he kept on stating he reported me. I texted "Play the mission". We go onto the next mission, Where Credit's Due. He blows up my car (I expected it so I wasn't mad), and I hid on a stairwell b/c I expected him to blow up the Zion or kill me. (Hypocritical of me, I know). He doesn't blow it up; I texted "Thanks for not blowing up the Zion", and he says "talk on your mic; I'm not texting you", but I didn't. (doc said I have laryngitis, cause my voice has been hoarse for a week).

 

He goes into the sewers w/ a wanted level and the Zion, and I commit suicide twice to leave the mission, b/c I waited a good 10 minutes for him to bring the Zion to the dealership. He probably did after I left. Is he just being childish? All I did was kill him. If you don't contribute to the mission, then I'll kill you. I've done this hundreds of times and I'm not in a bad sport lobby. Should I worry about his report? Btw, I didn't report him for blowing up my car and calling me a little bitch; it's kinda petty. I know I'm making a ton of excuses.

the report function gets abused millions of times by angry and displeased little children.

rockstar cannot ban that many players for those ridiculous reasons.

What this guy said, the report function is diabolically overused by anyone who get's upset at virtually anything. There would be no player base if R* enforced every request.
