Reworking CEO Vehicle Delivery

With CEO stuff I can understand when you are doing crates, because the CEO pays for them and essentially you are just protecting him (despite driving the vehicles and picking up crates) however per vehicle cargo there should be a way for associates to make money because they are making the delivery, just like the CEO gets a commission the drivers should as well.

So the CEO would still get his cut, but the associates would get their own cut as well.

For instance if they were delivering 4 cars and the CEO commission was around $300,00 each drivers commission would be maybe $25,000 $50,000 (This does not come from the CEO commission.)

However here is the catch, each driver will have to pay out of pocket for their own damages to the car, and it will deduct from the total amount they will make. I think this will push people to drive as well as they can, versus not taking their time and smashing up the car costing the CEO money. (Granted the AI is retarded and there is not much you can do sometimes, and sometimes players will chase after you in a jet or whatever.)

Just a thought.

This is why if I help a friend deliver a car I make sure he does the same for me.

I get why Rockstar does this though. They want you to be an associate hear your friend tell you how much more money they made than you and go out and buy a shark card so you can be your own CEO.

Actually it's quite 'reallistic' that the CEO earns the big money and the associates have a crappy income ;-)

I think the 'I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine' principle applies here: alternate with yr friends being CEO/associate
