I'm going to take you back in time

To a strange village called Oopstate Liberty (Oopstate!)

 

But in all seriousness, this is a great mod. Hope you complete it, GTA 3 feels more.... complete with a proper countryside. Makes me wonder if those Easter Egg towns were part of a larger concept that never materialized, and were part of the OG GTA 4 concepr.

 

A Joseph Smith/Book of Mormon Easter egg would be cool. I also like how the architecture in this mod, for the most part, feels very rural New York/New England. Kudos to the research to make this authentic.

Whenever he wants to, he shares some snippets of gameplay on the mod's discord, so you should hop in it, the link is in the first page of the mod discussion.
No estimates, like i said, he's working on his own pace, he'll let everyone know when the mod's eventually finished.
