Best executive office?

I started off with Maze Bank West but switched to Lombank bc of the view and roof layout.

You are basically paying for the view & location. Its up for you to decide which one fits your needs best. For example:

1) Maze Bank West is the cheapest. Have a subway station right in front of it which gives you access to the subway tunnels & grants you safe passage across the city in chaotic sessions. Have access to the Del Perro highway for quick travels. But being the cheapest you are sooner or later bound to confront another organization in your way in\out which could lead to a fight.

2) Lombank West. Quiet\Peaceful. Have an excellent Ocean view. The Best Helipad. Have access to the Great Ocean Highway. But its the furthest office from the majority of warehouses.

I was gonna get my office the other day, but i had a suspicion there would be another sale soon, and i was right.

So a question about Lombank.....you say peaceful, but you raise the point about many people having maze west and you could run into trouble with rivals, Lombank is just across the street from maze west

People also mention del pierro apartment and the biker club, doesn't all this mean high traffic? and therefore potential problems?

another question for people in general, i've seen a LOT of mention about warfare around maze tower, and that being a plus for arcadius, but again, arcadius is very close to maze tower so doesn't this trouble also effect the arcadius?

I wish they had spaced them out more

I'm having a lot of trouble deciding, i don't like a lot of players around my locations, that's why my business is in the senora, that's why my apartment is richards, close to everything...but outside the usual corridor of mayhem that stretches down that center strip from the hills to just north of the main ammunation

I've ruled maze tower out for sure, that's about it.

While its true Lombank is very close, the building entrance is facing north (south west in the case of Maze Bank) & is shielded by both Del Perro Heights & the Crastenburg hotel so you are not in the line of fire if a fight erupts near by. And you just take off using the highway without anyone noticing your presence.

Regarding Arcadius, if you own the garage expansion, you'll have the advantage of an underground garage with 2 exits (one east, one west) & you can use that to your advantage.

Your best defense really is the price of the property, which is true for all properties in GTAonline. The fights usually happen at the most expensive & the cheapest properties the ones in the middle are often safe from that.

The most expensive properties attracts people with modded accounts (lvl8000) or others looking for a fight knowing that its a popular property. While the fights at the cheapest properties happen due to lack of communications or not giving the others the benefit of the doubt or simply the language barrier (that's how I got into fights in Maze West)

The properties in the middle have the benefit of not being popular lol. I moved to Lombank in August & I yet to come across another Organization leaving\entering the building.

Good answer, thanks.

It would be a while before I could afford the garage extension, come to think of it, I don't even need another garage right now. I thought the underground entrance was included....so minus one point for arcadius

Its ridiculous the amount of battles CEO orgs get into, a friend wanted me to join his tonight but all he was doing was fighting pitched battles with 2 others

As it stands I can either afford the cheapest office and a warehouse like Davis, or lombank\arcadius and le mesa

After the work I've put into my business I treated myself to a buzzard earlier, so that leaves me with around 5 million

Am I right in thinking I will need money for the interior of both office and warehouse? Or can you just get to work without paying anymore for now?

If you have 5 mil, then you can go for Arcadius Office & La Puerta Warehouse. It's a very good combination.

The basic interior layout is free, but doesn't include accommodation, safe, and gun locker. You'll have to pay for upgrades. The warehouse upgrades are just for looks. There no addition to functionality.

My pleasure.

Just to be clear, which type of warehouse are you planning to buy?

May I suggest that you go with a Vehicle cargo (I\E business). While Crate work is very lucrative, Its tedious, grindy & will your office over time (that's my office in photo below). Vehicle cargo in the other hand is just as lucrative, lone wolf friendly & will not ruin your office over time.

Yes. You can buy office, warehouse & get to work immediately. You can buy the office upgrades (garages, decoration, safe, gun locker & accommodation) later on. Same for the warehouse decoration.

Make sure the warehouse you buy have a highway access & a near by helipad (incase you decided to buy a Cargobob later).

Good call on the Buzzard. It'll pay for itself & the office in no time.

Its up to you really to decide which office\warehouse combination you want. You can move later on, but just a heads up... Office upgrades don't transfer when you move. Only the garages.

As for Arcadius, you misunderstood me. Arcadius have an underground parking lot by default... If you choose to buy an Office Garage, the entrance to your garage will be via an elevator in the parking lot. (skip to 1:24 in the video below)

Hi Faggio....as you can see i held off, i just knew they would do another sale, and it's 25% off until the 5th - which gives me a little more scope. As you know i leaned towards arcadius and then i hit a few sessions on the bounce where it was mayhem all around that area....a quiet area is a big plus to me. It's up there with lombank still, it's a shame the heli access is probably the worst, those two are leading really, the maze west attraction is price....and it has a decent view, nice looking entrance....but VERY open which is risky, and your pretty low which means arriving and leaving in a chopper could be risky.

IceDree.....I'm just gonna do cars, i saw enough of crates to last me a lifetime doing stints as an associate, easily the most tedious grind in the game, i couldn't stomach running crates. Also i don't like the way crates clutter your office.....i don't mind it with my MC clubhouse, because it's grungier and it fits the atmosphere to have bundles of cash and weed laying around, but i don't want that stuff in my office.

Good to know you have a basic interior and can just get to work and worry about fixing it up later, i had been factoring that cost into what i could afford. So right now maze west is 750000, Arcadius 1.7 million, and Lombank 2.3 million

Gun locker.....already have one in my clubhouse, 360,000 well spent - my weapon wheel is so much less of a pain now, sleeping quarters....don't see much point, my apartment is a short drive from both sets of offices, i'd only reconsider it if i bought lombank, because that beach front view really is great & as close as we will get to a beach apartment. Safe.....don't see the point, awful lot of money just to see some green squares. The decoration cost was what i was mainly thinking about.

La mesa is tight, but i'm a good pilot and could drop off cars even there and land a cargobob without damage. I see a lot of good stuff about la puerta and davis too, quite close to offices and fairly quiet...i would have thought a little too close to pegasus spawns at vespucci, and as others pointed out, cool down time means you still have plenty of time to fly from even the furthest warehouse back to your office. And la mesa area is quiet and has great freeway access, also the rail tracks run very close to it.

Have they fixed the issue with cargobobs randomly dropping cars?

On the Buzzard.....yeah i love flying those things, and Faggio also said they were a big asset to a ceo.

I must admit, now that I think about it, Lombank's location has the least player activity going on. Even though Maze Tower is a hot zone for battles, I've only gotten caught up in these twice, since I bought Arcadius when Finace & Felony released, but you're right, Arcadius being in the centre is ripe with activity.

Since your priority is a quiet zone, Lombank will be your most realistic option.

The stairs, they were never an issue for me, even before the Pegasus Buzzard callrate nerf. But many others have had issue with this, and Lombank wins in that one as well, as it doesn't even have stairs lol. After R* changed the Pegasus Buzzard spawn rate to just $500, I've only left my Office in it. The cutscene goes directly to you hovering above the office in the Buzzard, so no need to climb stairs. It's also the fastest way to exit your Office, as there's only one cutscene instead of two. Besides, if you exit with your Pegasus Buzzard, and somehow destroy it, then you can immediately call your CEO Buzzard by your side (This is more important for crate work though, rather than I/E).

The Money Safe is pointless, but not actually useless. The thing it does, though, is irrelevant. When we die in game, we lose cash. There're some instances where we lose $500 from our bank. If you own the Safe, you'll only give up $100 instead of $500.

On the other hand, the accommodation add on is incredibly useful as it lets you spawn in the office. Another option would be to have an apartment next to your office to spawn in.

As for La Mesa, I think it's okay from my limited experience with it. Nevertheless, it will be a high player activity area depending on the session you're in.

As far as I know, R* hasn't fixed the Cargobob dropping cars. They don't really patch glitches that affect players from earning good money, like the Cargobob, crate sales markers not registering (it's been 9 months R*), players spawning outside the vehicle warehouse with no clue of the car they were supposed to sell (eh 3 months) etc. As for the Cargobob, it's been years LMAO.

And the Buzzard's still king, yeah.

Wise choice. I won't lie to you, crate work made me over 60 millions & I'm grateful for that, but if I had to start over ... I won't even touch it lol . The grind to get the Golden statue burnt me out.

I can't really speak for the other warehouses, I bought the one at the docks on day one & I'm quite satisfied with it. (checks all the stuff I wanted)

If you mix VIP work with the warehouse business, you can earn up to 75% more per run (some times even a full 100%) & you won't even notice the cool down on the sales.

My current strategy is:

1- Headhunter.

2- Import a car.

3- If I beat the cool down to Headhunter, I start Hostile Takeover LSIA.

4- Headhunter.

5- Export said car.

6- I fly towards Fort Zancudo & start Transporter. if i can't, I start Hostile Takeover LSIA again.

7- Headhunter.

Then repeat steps 2 to 7.

_____

May I suggest you buy a Wastelander once you do the mission for it? It'll unlock the VIP mission Transporter & If you deliver a car to the houses on the hills or the beach, you can start the mission & deliver the truck to the docks for a cool $22k so you don't return to City empty handed ;)

_______

Also stock up 20 cars in your warehouse ... 10 different standard range cars & 10 different medium range cars ... That way all the cars you get are high end.

My bit about the cooldown just meant that distance of the warehouse from your office isn't that big a deal.

Faggio, yep i've seen trouble around arcadius, but in my first post i also mentioned lombank, i saw plenty of trouble round those blocks with ceo's or bikers warring. I don't think there is a truly quiet one, arcadius is in the center and players pass through that area a lot.....but Lombank is next to maze west, del pierro apartments, and very close to both a clubhouse and a coke business, that area used to be quiet, but those additions to the area really have increased traffic. luck of the draw i guess, ice has had plain sailing at Lombank and you have had little trouble at Arcadius

None tick all the boxes, but i didn't know that about spawning in your heli above the pad or that it was only 500 now. that makes the helipad a none issue really, and if flying back just parkour and bypass the stairs.

The multiple entrances and exits from arcadius would help avoid problems, just see where people are gathered and scoot out the opposite side.

both are miles better than maze tower imo, like ice said, a lot of people just go for the most expensive because it's the most expensive

and on second thoughts i will get an office garage asap....very handy for my sentinel and dominator spawns, quicker than driving them down to the ten car near La Mesa LSC

And on a side note, a ceo friend has just bought a clubhouse....gonna have him make me a captain tonight so i can have a crack at spawning the gold/chrome dubsta's ......even so the spawn rate isn't mean to be great for them, whereas it's excellent for the sentinel's

When flying back, you'll get an option to trigger a cutscene where the heli lands on the helipad (and amazingly repairs itself if it's damaged) and you spawn directly in your office. Again, only one cutscene, so it's the fastest way to enter your office.

It was a close one.....but i got my office, went on to get it and i'm told i need an update to go online, update freezes at 18% so i try to restart where download progress is saved, but it won't, so i have to start all over. When the MS update is done, GTA needs to update for me to go online too, by the time they were both done i had 5 mins before the offer closed

I went for (fanfare) .........Lombank

Arcadius was in the running up to the wire, but i've been in a fair few sessions over the last few day's where there was mayhem in the center, including sessions where the ceo's of Arcadius and Maze tower were fighting, and where even random players were hanging around the offices seemingly just to war with ceo's and each other. A couple of times i was doing some associate stuff for a friend and it was crazy, if you got out the immediate area then you would have a couple of randoms break off and follow you to try and mess up what you were doing, and every time i headed back to the office the war was still raging.

While all this was going on i noticed that the Lombank area seemed blissfully quiet

It also occurred to me that you cant get to Arcadius or the tower without passing over the city......whereas with the western offices you could swing out to the ocean if coming from north or south and so give people on the ground little opportunity to shoot you down, coming from the east you could fly along the top of the hills before sweeping down when in line with your office, again avoiding the most risky areas.

And the view......wow

Thank you again to Faggio and Ice for your help....and patience in offering advice and answering my questions

I would recommend our Cadis business center. The view is nice it's pretty much the same location as maze bank and it's a really nice looking buildings in my opinion. Also if you're looking for an executive garage the entrance to it is in a pretty good location and you can get down there and and to be 99% sure that you're safe from hostile players

PVP Pros live inside the Maze, if you're trying to leave your office without having to execute a few fools though anywhere else will suffice.
