Lombank is also in an area a lot of the car delivery spots end (Tongva hills, Chumash, Richman), so you can drop off a car, hijack an Uber, and get back up to your office again faster to source a new car to steal. When I get into a online lobby alone, I go HAM on car work. I also like having the cheapest car warehouse in East Los Santos, right off a major hwy (Del Perro hwy) artery. Driving your cars fast and away from the city center is very valuable when you can avoid slower city streets. I barely touch my two product warehouses on the piers. Carwork is where its at. I dont bother waiting for collection bonuses, just deliver one at a time is fast and you dont need to rely on your crew to help you. The biggest collection bonus of 50K I can earn with 2 solo Headhunters practically.

The interiors are all exactly the same though aside from the window views. The roof layouts are most definitely different, and I honestly think Lombank has them all beat there as well. Essentially, the choices are based primarily upon location, and eh, I don't really like the area at all where Arcadius and Maze Bank are located. Besides, if the higher prices indicated a better product/purchase, wouldn't the Luxor Deluxe be a wise investment and one of the things we all strive to save for, purchase, and use on a regular basis?

 

Go with where you feel most at home; for me, that's Lombank!

That was basically it for me, plus I don't want to be where everyone else is and hardly anyone buys the second-most expensive office when Arcadius is the "cheap maze bank tower" and Maze Bank Tower is the Eclipse Tower of offices.

For me the best is Arcadius, many cargo and vehicle warehouses not too far away. But if you want a spawnpoint near your office do not buy the bed there. Integrity and Alta apts are a bit cheaper than that (also good for the big garages), or if you just want the spawnpoint you can buy the cheap Innocence Garage.

 

Imo another bad thing about the Maze Bank Tower besides the price is the bad entrance.

Arcadius is amazing.

The best ground entrance you could wish for, high but no insanely high roof, underground garage that keeps you safe from hydra noobs, neat view.. etc.

Implying that spending 4m on an office allows you to show off or anything. 4m is chump change, it's nothing. Nobody cares if you have the maze tower, because odds are quite high that they own the same office. Everybody and their mon owns maze tower, it's absolutely nothing special. I've had maze tower, then arcadius and finally got lombank (and my second char owns maze west), lombank is the best of the four BY FAR.

I've had all of them. I currently have 4 characters on two separate accounts. All 4 of them have only one thing in common....LOMBANK WEST. I thought the helipads wouldn't be a big deal, but I have ended back at Lombank every time for that reason. The view is nice, access is easy. As someone mentioned in a prior post, I used to have some issues of the heli spawning next to a tree when calling it in from the street....I haven't really had that problem in a few weeks. It seems to spawn in better spots now. If you do have spawning issues, just face away from where you want it to spawn.

I've used LomBank for my main account (non-modded) and on my modded account I tried every single one to see which one I liked the most, tbh LomBank and Arcadius was the best imo, but IMO, the LomBank is your best bang for you buck, great view, not a lot people have it, easy access to both roof entrance and floor entrance, great price for it and since I don't own Del Perro, it's a nice area to snipe people from. Besides I love sitting atop the Construction site and sniping people exiting Maze Bank Tower lol, quite fun!

It's also the most annoying. Too high to quicky land a helicopter on, awkward to approach by car, and awful vehicle spawns outside. If you're buying the most gaudy, expensive office just to show off, with no consideration given to its actual functionality, then you're throwing money away for the small chance that someone will notice or care that you're in the Tower. I'll bet the only players who even see you have the Tower are players who already live there themselves. I spent one session hanging around Maze Tower when I was an associate to my friend who has it and I saw enough to make me not want anything to do with it. I'm more than happy to look at it from my Arcadius window though.

Lomb because the office 2 helipad access and the garage entrance, the views are just a plus, it's mildly exiled location is another plus, don't have to deal with the Arcadius/Maze Tower battle field.

My main character has Lombank. It probably has the best view, if that is important to you. The roof setup on Lombank is excellent. Easy access to the helipad, and plenty of room to land a second helicopter on the roof. It is not centrally located, though. Distant from most vehicle warehouses.

 

My secondary character has Arcadius. This is the best located office in my opinion. Easy access to freeways. Closer to vehicle warehouses. The roof setup isn't as good, though. Two staircases to get to the helipad, and not really any room to land a second heli.

Step inside a garage at Lombank during sunset and tell me that isn't the best office.

 

This fact alone sold me on upgrading from MBW once the offices went on sale, and I still don't even own the office garage! (I plan on buying it eventually, but didn't feel like dropping the cash atm and I only have 40 or so cars so I'll have to do a bit of downgrading with my other properties)

 

In a game like this a lot of my decisions are dictated by vanity, if I like the look (and sound in the case of cars) it's more pleasing to me and the views from Lombank and it's garage sold me instantly after having grown quite tired of looking at that damn building across the street from MBW. Being able to see the movie studios from an elevated position was doing nothing for me. I won't deny that I miss the great makeshift driveway and subway access right outside of my doorstep but the improved roof makes up for that a bit.

 

If I was to choose a different one than Lombank it would have to be Arcadius, really dig the underground carpark and I like the overall design of the building.

Sorry I'm late to the CEO party. I'm not overly rich (only level 50 something) got $1.3m in the bank. I like the looks and location of Arcadius and I grind quite well (haven't bought shark cards) so shouldn't take too long to get required money, but is it worth over double the Maze Bank West? Any recommendations? (Btw, I have Richards Majestic apt, but MC business&clubhouse are in SS so irrelevant)

Hi, I'm only level 57 and I grind like crazy. I bought the one in Del Pero the Lombank and I really like it. I love the location, I like the price and also I think it's cool having the subway station right outside for quick get a ways. I also was able to customize it with the money I saved. I would recommend you get that one personally.
