Best executive office?

Simple. Trade Eclipse for Del Perro and buy the Lombank Office.

 

Of course with the addition of the accommodations, apartments are pretty much useless. Only purpose they have now is for hosting heists.

I chose Lombank because:

 

1) It have the best helipad. I fly helicopters a lot.

 

2) I like the ocean view.

 

3) Its quiet & peaceful.

 

4) I like the neighborhood.

 

Those were my reasons to choose Lombank.

If Lombank didn't tick all the right boxes (mentioned a lot previously, but with the addition of a wonderful player sniping roof) than I would say Arcadius for its perfect rooftop for jet sniping.

Lombank is fantastic; I wouldn't have my office anywhere else. The view, the area, the everything. Maze Bank West is a less expensive alternative within the same area, but I really dislike its roof layout and overall view.

 

 

I chose Lombank because:

1) It have the best helipad. I fly helicopters a lot.

2) I like the ocean view.

3) Its quiet & peaceful.

4) I like the neighborhood.

Those were my reasons to choose Lombank.

The Arcadius building is the best office in my view. You get the garage under the office, 3 20 storage garages, a good view of the city and also a perfect place for snipping people besides the West LomBank.

They are all the same. Maze bank west is the cheapest and have a really good view of the city and the movie theatre. All the 3 office are useless and serves no real advantage whatsoever. I bought the tower just so that i can look rich.

No advantages except the ability to spawn pegasus vehicles right next to you, as well as be a VIP without having to have $1M in the bank

Arcadius is the best office available IMO. I like it because it's in the middle of the city, so you're never that far away from where you need to be. The underground parking garage and easy helicopter access is also nice. It's also the second cheapest office, so it shouldn't be too expensive.

Another lombanker here. U simply cannot beat the view from Ur office and garages. I used to be in maze bank West, but the stairs on top of that building to ur helped drive u insane. Lombank u spawn out ur door straight into ur helipad. Plus, I can parachute from my office to my bike clubhouse at del perro, my coke lab, or my apartment next door. Probably my crate warehouse too

I've never regretted trading to Lombank. IMO best view in the game. Easiest helipad access.

 

Close to Del Perro apts for the heist teleport. Very close to Lingerie and White Widow warehouses (medium and small) if just starting up. Can easily back to back crates at two large warehouses, West Vinewood and Xero Gas.

 

Close to La Puerta vehicle warehouse which has some of the best access of all I/E warehouses and happens to be fairly quiet in terms of player traffic.

 

If you still do MC work the Pier clubhouse is very close, Vespucci clubhouse is only a little further away if you want a two story clubhouse. The Morningwood Coke Lockup is walking distance from the office too.

If use use helicopters (both for I/E and Crates) the roof access is by far the best at Lombank.

The view (both office and garage-1) is the best at Lombank.

The spawn-in-the-tree problem is manageable out front.

The Arcadius garage entrance is best, but Lombank's is still better than either Maze building.

The location isn't central at Lombank, so warehouses in East Los Santos can be a trek to commute, but if you're flying all the time is doesn't matter too much (and you don't have to climb to land like at Maze Tower).

I got Arcadius, for the look of the building.

It's in the middle of the map

It has underground parking and you will always be out of sight of the cops before you enter your garage.

There is a race of 1.30 minutes right in front of your entrance (for being alone in a public session)

It has a very easy route to my car warehouse.

Integrity building is a 3 meters walk from the office.

It is 500m from Los Santos Customs for selling Dubsta's or Sandking XL

 

The con of the building is the helipad. It does not pay off going to your roof as it is quite the walk up.

Had Arcadius, traded recently for Maze Bank.... Think I'm going to trade back, as I hate having to fly really high to reach to helipad, and I miss the underground garage. IMO, the Maze Bank isn't really worth the money.

In terms of road access, gotta be arcadius and lombank. Arcadius has a shttiy roof though, lombank is much better in that regard. But arcadius has the most unique garage. Overall, lombank is the best.

right on the highway with over 9000 ez access points

has a spot right by the door on the roof to land a chopper on a container

why its better than maze? cheaper, shorter, not on a bridge, not on a bridge, has a spot to land besides the door on the roof, has the nice parking, not on a bridge, and its not on a f*cking bridge too!

moved to Lombank in the summer during the CEO sale. Good view with little trouble around it.

Honestly I started with Maze West, upgraded to Lombank just because I had the disposable income to blow on it, and it hasn't improved my in-game experience in any way. The roof is a little easier to get from the door to the helipad. That's it. They're almost next door to each other so location isn't a bonus.

 

And I haven't stepped foot in my apartment since I bought an office and a MC clubhouse. Except when I bought the top of the line apartment. Also, just to blow money. It's neat to go into and look around but completely worthless to me (I don't do heists).

 

tl;dr Maze Bank West is a good choice you won't regret.

I like the fact the garage is obscured in the parking garage of the business center. It is easy to defend and has two exits.

 

the only reason why people say the Maze Bank is because its the most expensive and most of everyone has it and claims to be the best spot.. Truthfully all of them are great it just depends on what you like and in the surrounding area.
