Best executive office?

Couldn't find a topic about this but anyways with this whole sale going on the office's witch one is the best? I'm choosing between the maze bank and that like mini city like place,sorry i don't know the exact name for it but it's right across from maze bank so with that said witch one if the best? Out of at least those two i just mentioned.UPDATE:so i went with maze bank.

Can't really say that one is better than the other.

I have the Maze Bank Tower.

I mostly leave and enter my office with a helicopter, and in that case it is awesome because the height gives you the safety of not being shot down.

But the location of the normal entrance and the garage is simply horrific.

 

So when you use a helicopter mostly to get in and out, I'd say the the Maze Tower, otherwise the Arcadius.

edit: I believe Maze Bank is the worst if you like to land your helicopter on the roof because it gets to be a pita flying all the way up there.

 

I just wish my vehicle warehouse was closer to my office.

I guess Lombank has problems some times with if you spawn your Buzzard on the ground it'll be under a tree or something lol. Idk I spawn a Shotaro to take me to my Hydra lol.

I owned all of them an my fav are Arcadius and Lombank. Arcadius for location and garage entrance, Lombank for beach view and nice area. Worst is Maze bank tower to me, helicopter pad is too high and office entrance is annoying.

I move away from Lombank to Arcadius. It has best pv and buzzard spawn point outside office. The location near to my other property and lsc is an advantage too.

Judging by what most have suggested, Lombank seems to be the way to go. But, I'd say the Arcadius Business Center

 

 

Has underground parking too

 

 

Oh and not to mention it's a great place for sniping too!

You can own up to 6 properties, so no need to trade in your Eclipse apt. The cheapest Del Perro is $200k.

see i hear you but well i don't need a second property. I literally have one car. I'm not one of those players who likes to buy almost every car in the game and fill there garages.

I think it's more of an opinion. You could say maze bank is best because it's central or Lombank is best for roof layout. In the end though I think the differences are so small it's really up to the users taste.

 

Personally, Lombank is the best hands down. Haven't even seriously grinded crates but the runs I did was enough to get sick of stairs. Lombank has a roof layout that is just something special.

As far as the view is concerned, Maze Bank/Lombank/Arcadius Center in that order. The Exective Car showrooms for Mazebank have especially awesome views of the city.

I like the underground parking lot at Arcadius and it's easier to acces from all sides. It's also closer to the apartment nearby. Plus if it's chaos outside the tunnel is really close on the highway. I say Arcadius all the way ...so buy a different one please, I already have too many neighbors

Same thing applies for the Alta street apartment or the Integrity Way apartment and the Arcadius or Maze Bank offices. I prefer the Arcadius office because my main Alta apartment and my Pillbox Hill clubhouse are all within about three blocks from each other. The active heist teleport is the best unintentional feature of any update IMO.

You are basically paying for the view & location. Its up for you to decide which one fits your needs best. For example:

 

1) Maze Bank West is the cheapest. Have a subway station right in front of it which gives you access to the subway tunnels & grants you safe passage across the city in chaotic sessions. Have access to the Del Perro highway for quick travels. But being the cheapest you are sooner or later bound to confront another organization in your way in\out which could lead to a fight.

 

 

2) Lombank West. Quiet\Peaceful. Have an excellent Ocean view. The Best Helipad. Have access to the Great Ocean Highway. But its the furthest office from the majority of warehouses.

 

 

3) Arcadius Business Center. Reasonably priced. In the center of the City & close to most warehouses. Have an underground garage* access point. But have the worst helipad of the bunch.

 

4) Maze Bank Tower. In the center of the City & the closest to the majority of warehouse. Being the most expensive projects an image of wealth & prestige. But it attracts chaos & gun fights.

 

 

Personally I prefer Lombank as it suits my needs. My advice to you is scout all 4 locations & their helipads (if you fly a lot), how far are they from your future warehouses & look up their views on YouTube.

Arcadius is technical the best for a few obvious reasons

The Arcadius is the best for me, great location for an okay price. Love the entrance with that small road to park your car, it's pointless in a game like GTA where we just drive up on sidewalks all the time, but I like the touch of having a designated parking spot for me, it's nice for the immersion.

Moved there two weeks ago at full price, and I'm not even mad about it, was worth the money 100%.

If you mean driving distance, then Maze Bank West & Lombank West are the closest to Eclipse tower. But the distance from your apartment is not really an issue ... I mean what's another 30 seconds of driving.

 

I spawn aboard my yacht on the top right corner of the map (mount Gorodo) & I either drive or fly to Lombank. Its not a problem for me. I actually enjoy the travel & the scenery

You can always upgrade the office with an accommodation option (an apartment inside your office) & spawn there.

Another advantage to Maze Bank West is that you can save your money to get other stuff, such as Vehicle Warehouses. Assuming you have $2,000,000 or more, if you get MBW you will have $1,500,000 or more left to get anything you want.
