Hello, Don't use MSAA since it is very punishing. Turn off advanced graphics. And try these settings,

All High

FXAA: On

Tesselation: Off

Ambient Occlusion: Off

Pop variety: 50%

AF: 8x

Grass Quality: Normal

Turn in game vsync off and turn in on via Nvidia Control Panel.

On a 750ti to get 60 fps on 1080p, all settings normal, fxaa active, no msaa, no advanced graphics.

All this settings, disable Vsync and all Population/Traffic density set to 0.

Does this help against my RAM? As far i know. The recommended RAM is 8.

You dont have enough ram, game will struggle with what you have

  • Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible.
  • HDD Space: 65GB.
