Attaching a texture to a object/ped C#

I know I did it back in GTA 4, and I know how to attach text's to PED's, but I can't seem to figure out how to attach texture's to objects and PED's. Help?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you should use UI.WorldToScreen and UI.DrawTexture to "attach" textures.

If I use Draw texture it will remain 2D and I want it to be a 3D texture that follows the camera.

Have you seen Julio's Watch Dogs mod? Those hacks, like Hack Traffic light, those textures that are above the traffic lights and follow the camera. I want to do it like that.

I watched a video of the Watch Dogs mod but didn't see anything that looked like what's in the picture linked by Mr.Arrow. Can you show me a picture or give me the time of where it shows that feature in a video of the mod?

 

If the mod does indeed have the feature, I could decompile the mod and see how it's done there.

DO you see how the CAMERA label follows the camera and those white lines connecting the traffic lights, as well as when the user holds X it triggers the hack.

I must be misunderstanding you. Are you just wanting the texture to follow a 3D postition, or are you wanting it to be like a 3D object which can rotate towards the player? If the former, then refer to my first reply.
