Jimbatron Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 Have you done "To Live and Die in Alderney" yet for Phil Bell? "Pest Control" won't become available until you complete it. Also I've encountered a glitch before where you never get the call from Ray to trigger "A Weekend at Florian's". If you haven't done that then you might be in trouble as it's also a pre-requisite for "Pest Control". In that case the best thing to do would be to call Ray. Doubtful you would have got this far in the game without playing it, but the problem could also stem from not completing "Photo Shoot" for Playboy X as that is also needed to unlock "Hostile Negotiations", and subsequently "A Weekend at Florian's" and "Pest Control".
