Gta 5 online february bonus issues

So me and my bro both have gta 5, and we play exclusively online with each other. Starting Jan 31 to Feb 13 there are bonuses from rockstar that are 50% off ceo buildings, mc clubs, etc., some sales on cars, and other bonuses.

 

The problem we are having, is that whenever I get on, I can see these bonuses but he can't. Whenever I go to buy a CEO office, it's half price for me, but it shows up on his game as full price. Same with car sales, he just isn't getting them.

 

My question is, are there certain requirements that I have met and he hasn't that has given me access to these bonuses? It's very frustrating because he generally has more money than I do, and he isn't pleased that he has to pay full price for something that is half price for me. Any help or info would be appreciated!

 

ps. we both have social club accounts linked to our xbox's. I am a crew leader while he is not.

some bonuses are exclusive for only certain players.

it's totally random, so no requirements or options to get it also.

 

but i don't really get that one sentence of you where you say that your brother always has got more money but it was still a problem for him that he didn't get these bonuses.

the other way around it would make sense.

if he got more money it shouldn't be a problem for him to spent a little more.

it would be more of a problem if he had less money.

The bonuses mentioned in the OP are not exclusive, so it's strange that his brother can't see them...

but some cars (like the adder) are only exclusive bonuses for only some players.

he said something about "some cars".
