You just don't get to transfer them after that date anymore.

But what ever... I just think its funny that people are making an issue over last gen.. Since last gen has not even been relevant for a while now in terms of GTA. Except for modded accounts.

 

It may not be relevant to you but tons of players are still on ps3 and still enjoy it.

I play on both consoles and buying a ps4 just to play gta is not worth it.

The newswire article only mentions this being the last chance to transfer over - it doesn't say anything about saves on last gen.

 

"If you have not yet brought your characters and progression over from PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 to PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC, time is running out as this will no longer be possible as of March 6th, 2017."

 

So once the date has gone, you'll still be able to play and save on last gen, but if you go next gen you'll have to start again...

What i would do in this case is transfer my main to Ps4 so i wont lose him or her and just make another character on ps3 and keep playing gta until i got a ps4
