Jimbatron
I wanted to share the final episode of a feature length 3 part movie series we have just finished. It's based on the IV multiplayer mode Cops 'n Crooks. However, it also provides some more back-story to GTA IV itself - which can be taken to give a few explanations for how Niko finds Liberty City when he arrives shortly after these events, and features cameos from some familiar characters. OK, so I know there is a video thread, but I would really like some feedback on this story from big fans of IV here, and that's not a great place to get it. It's fully voice acted, with a genuine effort to create a plot, and of course, some GTA style car chases and gunfights spread throughout. My channel isn't monetised, so I'm not plugging this for the reason some YouTubers post pointless videos claiming they know the GTA VI release date. Rather I'm sharing it in the hope big fans of the IV story would enjoy the end result that has taken a cast of 26 players just under 3 years to finish. I should warn you that it's 1 hour long and maybe people would not want to commit that much time - but I hope if you do, you'll think it's worth it, I got quite a positive response from members here a year ago when we released Episode 2. Shooting this was a huge technical challenge which wouldn't have been possible without sjaak's trainer, various modding tools, and advice from forum members here, who I have mentioned in the end credits. If you have time to watch I would really appreciate your feedback. If you haven't seen the first two episodes there is a re-cap at the start which should get you fully up to speed with the plot essentials. D T
Haven't finished watching the entire thing yet, but I admire the ridiculous amount of work you've poured into this. I've given up on many projects that weren't nearly as long, because the filming process is so tedious in this game. Well done bro. I'm looking forward to what you do with GTA V. I think I may help some of the other cast members with some future videos, but this might be the last big project I edit. It just took up so much time, I practically turned into a hermit this January to get it finished. Still, V with continuous record would make life easier. Part of the challenge in IV is having to splice together multiple clips of 30 seconds or so. Gnocchi Flip Flops

AuSsIeThUnDeR36
I am actually a bit pissed off because you were supposed to get back to me about being a voice actor and you never did.

Thanks man, hope you enjoy it. I need my fix of IV so I'll watch these. They look pretty damn interesting and well made thus far. These are really cool. OT: I watched about 5 minutes of it, its really good. I'll finish it soon. Thanks for sharing, good videos. It's a shame (without wanting to sound like Michael Townley) imho that there isn't enough "Cinema" on Youtube. Glad you liked the first 5 minutes, I worry they are a bit slow. It picks up a little from 16:22 to 21:45 which is my favourite scene I think. Pretty cool. How much time it take you, man? Cheers. The entire series was filmed and put together from around March 2014, so nearly three years. The most recent Episode retakes were filmed November to December, and I spent pretty much every evening and weekend in January editing it. I felt like I'd turned into Avi Schwarzman (without the squirrel jerking and owl cooking). I am actually a bit pissed off because you were supposed to get back to me about being a voice actor and you never did. My bad man. I didn't forget the discussion - unfortunately I could only work in two characters (the length of the episode was already working out twice as long as anticipated) and there were far more people I've known for ages that were keen to do a role. In the end I picked a American and a Russian simply because they had the right native accents - I couldn't think of any other way to make the choice. Really sorry man, don't know what else to say, I respect your posts and opinions about here, so I feel bad if I let you down. Payne Killer
I watched it. Its really good, I loved how you fit the V ost into it. Also, whats the song that plays at the 54:00 mark? Jimbatron

Thanks again, the track at 54:00 is "Fresh Meat" which plays in the GTA V mission of the same name. Really pleased you enjoyed it. It is rather long and I was a bit worried many people wouldn't want to invest such time to actually view it all. I'd envisaged when I stated it would be 30 minutes max, but it kind of grew and grew, and there wasn't much footage that I wanted to delete.
