Create race checkpoint with memory addresses

Hello friends. Am totally new here, but it's not my first contact with the programming. I'm a long time programmer and lately has a content that is luring me enough and raises major questions, which are the mods.

I've been looking at the memory addresses of GTA: SA and something called me much attention. The part of the race checkpoints. I know I can create checkpoints, but I don't know how can I do that through the information given by the site memory hack.

I consulted a few friends and good, nor did they know answer me and advised me to look for a forum. Here I am.

* Sorry for the bad English. I am Brazilian and I'm using an online translator :|
