Yellow Dog with Cone

The Hydra and the Lazer are overrated.

 

They're only good because of their explosive rounds.

 

They barely require any skill at dogfighting, only one half-assed strafe and things go boom.

 

They're only good for griefing players left and right.

 

They're broken as f*ck and everything that R* has tried to "counter" them is either useless or overpowered instead of doing the most rational solution that is removing their bullsh*t, one hit kill, infinite death beams.

 

And even if R* actually did it, I bet that it would be a massive uproar, because people love their broken toys instead of wanting a real challenge of whatever.

 

They're literally noob jets.

 

Color me impressed when you lock down a lobby with a Pyro or a Starling, those actually require skill.

This update did more harm to the game than good:

 

I'm dealing with constant freezes, even more sessions splits, more tendency to be stuck on black screens coming out of heists, FPS drops on PS4 and with matchmaking as bad as ever, added a sportscar that is insanely overpowered to the point of ruining sports races, lowriders now have collision issues, securoserv and gun running special vehicle missions are much more harder now because of buffed NPCs, the orbital cannon existing in the game...

 

To top it off, the focus of the content of this update caters to the try-hards only, good thing the drip feed cars are interesting for me atleast.

The drip feed cars(and a few already released ones) are the only reason I like this update at all. My connection(PS4 as well) has always been crap because my internet itself sucks, but since this update I've been having even more issues, and I didn't even think that was possible.

Facilty and bunker should be the same thing. I mean, instead of introducing a new property, they should just give you the option to upgrade the bunker.

 

The map is full of ugly floor patches right now.

Let's list them out...

 

-we don't need a brand new million dollar+ super car with each update. While this may be a popular opinion here. It's certainly unpopular in game. While I do like the new super, I wish we could get some more muscle cars (I do know we are getting some later, but I wish we could also get some 70s and 80s as well)

 

-Deluxo > Oppressor. While the bike is faster and more nimble, the fact that you can hover and fly at any time you want while having above average performance with the plus of being able to have both machine guns and rockets is great.

 

-we are able to hold way to many weapons at the moment. It should go back to previous gtas where you only hold one of each weapon. Hell I wouldn't mind if we could only hold two "secondaries" (SMGs and pistols), two "primaries" (LMGs, ARs, SRs, and Shotguns), one special, and one thrown explosive.

I know I could probably just edited this one in to my last one, but f*ck it.

 

The new Coil Raiden is boring as hell and isn't worth the price of 1.4 mil one bit. I don't think I regret as much of a purchase as the Raiden and went to sell the car as fast as I could.

 

It just looks like a Jackal special edition for 20x the cost

 

The only upside I'd say is the roof, and that's it.

I feel so bad for Rockstar. They went through all that effort to write thousands of pages of scripts for storylines, hire actors for voice and motion capture, develop a new engine and code an entire game and they only got $60 out of each copy.

 

They must have been so broke.

 

I'm really happy that I can now get a single vehicle for the equivalent 40-50 real life dollars. That I can't use in single player. And it also depreciates in value upon selling it (if I'm even allowed to sell it), even though it's not a tangible item with an actual market value. I'm so proud I'm doing my part to help support them.

That is not an opinion... That's a fact!

 

Is there anyone who doesn't feel that way? Clearly the facility was pretty much what the bunker was supposed to be in the first place. Perhaps minus the crazy cannon.

I like the Överflöd Autarch.

 

Sure, it shouldn't be an Överflöd and yeah, we have way too many Supers already, but I like how it looks and I hope it has matching performance.

 

Also, I didn't even knew about the Glickenhaus SCG 003 until it got leaked and the real life car looks cool too.

No Use For A Name

This might be the most unpopular opinion in GTA history, but whatever.

 

You should only be allowed to be a CEO or MC president if youre actually doing CEO or MC work. Wasnt that the point to begin with? Now people only use them to exploit their abilities (Ghost, etc) to f*ck with other players or because they start sh*t with players they shouldnt and need backup. Now, the rare times I actually want to do a CEO job or buy supplies in a public session its impossible, because everyone uses them to form f*cking freeroam terrorist cells.

 

If you dont do anything work-related for 15 minutes, you should either be banned from registering as CEO/MC for one in-game day, or your businesses should start getting raided. Maybe that would help with the toxic cesspool freeroam has become

that is a nice way to think about it... until you remember that it cost them $270 million to make, and then...

I agree with this. At least it gives them a view of the road ahead.

 

Many of my buds have slacked on the game over the years (real life and other reasons) and most haven't even acquired a bunker yet. They see the high prices and fell into despair like I see many of those on this site have when talking about shart cards. Its a despair that any game with a progression system may fall to after years of constant updates.

 

I've had to grab my friends by the scruff of the neck and show them how easy it is to earn money in game to get solidified with what's doable in an invite only lobby.

 

While the businesses that pack gives are the crap locations it gives a much needed foundation to hold off that despair.

As powerful as explosive shells for the Pump Shotgun MKII are, I wish that they were more like the Automatic Shotgun from TBOGT, in which they weren't one shot kills to vehicles, but used to dent and deform them.

 

Same thing with the Heavy Sniper MKII Explosive Rounds.

Agreed. It's important to educate. I do chuckle at any consumer who buys a product and does no research.

But to see the items can't be traded in like any other player is harsh on any new player that does choose this and progresses.
