GTAO Unpopular Opinions

Some more for today:

 

I strongly dislike the Armored Kuruma and Insurgent. As vehicles, transportation, I find they are very underwhelming.

 

I think ragedandcaged is a cool dude.

 

I think Stunt Races are a hella lot of fun.

Those aren't unpopular opinions outside of the 2nd one, dude.

Playing or working in a populated lobby is no fun? THAT'S WHERE ALL THE FUN COMES FROM!

 

Perhaps Minecraft is a more appropriate game for those types. The whole point of GTA is to accumulate mass amounts of money while dodging heavily armed predators, not circle jerking your friends in a lagged out dandelion filled session.

 

I'll have to respectfully disagree. Blowing up Organization Special Cargo/Biker Product doesn't net much money and only makes CEOs/Presidents want to annihilate you from the session. Not to mention you're blowing a hole in their wallets, as well as your own.

 

I never blow up people's crates, too much dupe money for all that. I just like helping friends work in populated lobbies or griefing the people trying to annoy them.

I'm actually happy the next update hasn't got anything (new) I'm interested in. I don't race much, already have Ruiner 2k, Blazer Aqua and Rocket Voltic. So I've plenty of time to grind for the gun running DLC.

A look around in this forum and reddit suggested that the majority of players like stunt races and hate seeing Kurumas being used in missions and heists because "muh challenge", but the majority of the forum hates shadowoperative so that's still the only true unpopular opinion on this list of yours.

I choose to do VIP/CEO/Biker work in my own lobby, because of pathetic cheaters, and bored asshats, who think they can dictate how I handle my business. I don't care if R* tells you to stop me and you thinks that's how it should be played. I have the choice of what lobby to do it in and at least one of them lobbies is GUARANTEED not to include YOU.

 

Choosing to bypass the mayhem, that is FR, to do the things I want, without them being a complete waste of time for me, makes me, and like minded others, nothing other than smart and resourceful. Because spending a ton on product, for it to only be eliminated in a second, with zero consequence to the attacker, is sooo much fun. No, actually it's not. And if you actually earned your money, you'd know it too. Instead of being an arrogant, dictating, cheater.

Same here. It makes my life easier when I play as a low level in missions and if a dick head is annoying everyone in a Savage (it does happen), just HL him. I don't care what others say, F*ck your opinion, m'kay?

If anyone actually hates someone being satirical on a message board, then jeez.

 

It's like those who seemingly hate Hunters shtick without realizing it's pretty funny and actually stimulates conversations.

 

Some people take these forums way too seriously, not saying you do, but I guess in a way it's cool how passionate fellow members are.

i guess the ones who are complaining about jets ruining GTAO and tanks are underpowered are those who´re streetfighting everyday every second of GTAO, spending all their money for ammo.
There´re a lot of activities to enjoy besides freeroam war ^^

I think GTA Online is good and still play it, however:

 

I think GTA IV's modes were more playable and more last-able.

 

Reckon that one will be controversial if not unpopular. However whilst V has more quantity and better graphics, I think IVs fewer bigger better modes has more gameplay quality.

I don't really think about you much lol, or the number of likes either of us have. But a quick look says you have around 2,000 - whereas I have 9,000. So, meh. *Shrugs*

 

Pretty sure this thread isn't about me anyway. No matter how flattering it is.

 

On topic: I think updates were better and more significant in the old days. People put forward the cargo stuff as some "huge" update, but it's really just a painfully monotonous grind, in my opinion. Followed by several reskinned variations of the same.

The "car focused" updates are becoming boring.

Not really.

 

Only thing to do in game is earn cash and spend it on stuff you already have.

 

How many cars does 1 person need. I'm fine with the 5 or 6 I have and the 10 bikes I have.

 

I just don't need or want anything else.

 

So after a month in game, i'm pretty much done already.

 

The game is extremely shallow.

 

Freemode pvp is really the only thing keeping it going.

Oh god preach brother.

This heist has everything I should love. Government conspiracy, sneaking into a government facility, a huey.

All screwed by someone trying to "sneak" in using an un-silenced rifle.

 

Anyways as for unpopular opinions.

Considering Los Santos has been going through 3 years of urban warfare, I think the increased police response as of late is warranted

I think the Frogger is the funnest vehicle in the game and is one of the few things in the game I wish I was really rich enough to own. Because irl nobody is shooting HLs at you just for flying.

I couldn't stand that mission when I first got up to it. It didn't make things easier when I wanted to hurry up and get the heist over with so I could unlock the Insurgent. Now that I actually know what to do, I love this mission. When people fail it over and over again from accidentally alerting the guards, I don't get annoyed by it. Instead, I sympathize with them

 

Well, that is unless you're one of those dummies who tries to plow the Insurgent through all of the guards. Then I'll just think you're an idiot who can't follow directions.

-JB 700 is the best car in the whole game (It's really weird since I'm "FoMoCo for life")

-ALL the modern cars suck.

-There is no reason to play with male character.

-I would never intentionally kill someone in free mode.

-Shark cards are great idea and making money is easy and it's only up to you if you take it as "grinding"

-Game is not "broken" and considering how great the game is and how much there's stuff going on, the servers are actually pretty stable.

-No matter if it's race or any other PvP job, you don't need to be a try hard and dominate others. If I happen to be a lot better than others, I can ease up a little, slow down a bit in a race or intentionally die few times in deathmatch.

-No matter how much your heist team sucks, you should never be the first to leave. If it takes 50 retries then it will take.

 

...and also, all the super car drivers are not a-holes?, but all the a-holes drive super cars, coincidence?
