How would you prefer the Ruiner 2000?

I'd pay no more than $2.2M for it. Doesn't matter how much money I have now, I can't make that car worth more than that much to me.

Until that day comes, I will live without it.

Than you do not hate jet players as much as I do. But hey we are all different.

It needs bullet resistant windows and have its price tag cut by half, otherwise its fine by me.

If you want unlimited rockets and upgraded, explosion resistant armor, start the VIP work in the interaction menu, you will get 20 minutes to ruin every jet fag in the session.

In my opinion, it already has the best bang for buck out of any vehicle in the game.

By far and away the most fun vehicle in the game, only arguable with the Rocket Voltic.

Screw how effective it is. Screw how useful it is. It is fun. A hell of a lot of fun. Every last dollar I spent on it was worth it. They don't need to change anything about it at all.

In my opinion.

Criticizes abusers of an OP item, while supporting an equally another OP item to fight them with.

For me an Hydra is a lot more effective to fight those back while giving them a taste of their how poison, this when I see they suck so bad I can simply fight them from the ground and either catch them with an RPG or see them crashing into a building.

I do not think the Ruiner is nearly as OP as the jets. Actually I don't think the pv version is OP at all.

I don't think the Ruiner 2000 is as OP as the jets (after checking back my previous post, my grammar might give that idea), but those missiles that are both faster and quicker to lock than regular ones from other vehicles make it a considerable threat. If a player practices enough how to use it, it can be easily abused and give an hard time to other players.

I think the only reason it's not such a threat atm is the fact not many people own them for being so expensive, in fact all the friends I have that own one bought it with glitched money; and not having heavier armor (although I'd find it reasonable and coherent to have so, as I mentioned before). Sure not being able to fly neither being nearly as fast as many other vehicles are a drawback, yet it's still very agile and carries powerful weaponry.

The most curious part of this vehicle is how people repeatedly say that the VIP Work version has infinite rockets, but, from my experience, it runs out before long. I've tried doing the mission involving it several times, and every time, I run out of rockets and resort to just buzzing around in a Hydra. Not entirely sure what's going wrong with my game, but it's been like that for me since the update was released.

Otherwise, I like the vehicle. I find it fun to jump around and glide with. I wish perhaps it had limited lock-on missiles and infinite unguided ones or something like that just to sweeten the deal with using it in combat scenarios.

Yeah, I imagine that's the intended effect, but something has always gone wrong on my end without fault. I'd record and upload an example, but I don't have my PS4 handy and set up at the moment.

As it is, now, but with the Rocket added to it.

Boy, does that parachute make me giggle like a baby in butter!

Hmm. You are going and getting into the Ruiner 2000 they mark on the map right? You cannot use your personal one.

Just trying to think of what may be the issue.

It takes quite a lot of rockets to destroy those armored limos, and the standard 8 rockets isn't nearly enough.

Yes sir.

No offense intended, but I've been playing the game since day one, I know when things aren't working as intended. I'm just lost when it comes to fixing them.

For example, the hydraulic systems in my cars did not work until several weeks after the last Lowriders update, including for my friends, should I allow them to test. The problem eventually resolved itself, and I could suddenly jump my cars out of nowhere. I imagine, in time, for no immediately discernible reason, this too will be suddenly fixed.

Ah, no offence taken at all. It is interesting and I know other people that have been affected by bugs that seem exclusive to only them. Well, I hope it resolves itself soon for you. Even though that VIP work isn't really profitable, it is useful to take out a jet or whatever.

Hmm, I don't know, maybe LOWERING THE PRICE A BIT?!

I understand it's literally a weapon in car form, but come on. You just desperate for that shark card money, brah.

Absolutely love this car, worth every penny I spent on it. It doesnt 'need' anything else IMO, the price is purely for exclusivety, if it were cheaper everyone would have one & it wouldnt be desireable & therefore wouldnt sell.

Its perfectly balanced, its vulnerable but the jump boost means you can escape. Its missiles are deadly as f*ck but you only get eight before you gotta refill.

Its a toy, but a well thought-out one. Unlike a certain other I dont need to mention.

It's a fun car to mess around with, but even with the discount, it's not worth the price.

It's fine the way it is really, the rockets are insanely OP though, 10x better than even the homing launcher rocket it's ridiculous.

Had a guy shoot a rocket from his Reiner 2000 at me while I was in a buzzard, it zoomed right under me as I was coming head on towards him, however not even 2 seconds later that rocket had pulled a full 180 and blew me up. Not even a regular homing launcher rocket can do that!

People usually compare prices with the required shark cards to buy them, but I've never bought one of those, and I'll never will. It takes around 2 large crate warehouses, two medium warehouses and a few more missions to get that car. I understand it is grindy as fck, it could take like 4 or 5 days to get that money, but if you're able to get it for free, I don't see why you should pay for it. Microtransactions are the cancer of gaming.

This thing is a beast :D

It needs no change.

Great video. Love it. Chopper down.

1- Start the Ruiner 2000 CEO mission.

2- Use the car provided as it has unlimited rockets and is heavily armoured compared to its purchased version.

3- Grief/profit.

Very true, the 'Uber Kitt' is a beast for sure. Fire up the mission hop in it, ignore the turreted vehicle mission, and you're in a Hydra killer.

Taking out jets in this thing, especially when then come in with their guns blazing thinking it's an easy kill, is a blast... quite literally.

How to improve it for me:

Have a voice make snark comments every time you kill someone and when you get locked On.

Have the chute be the color of the car.

A speed boost per every 2 chute jumps.

Yeah, for 20 minutes you own all (unless you get shot, of course). It's outrageously good fun and withstands a pummeling from the skies. Still haven't managed to take down a jet....but I'm working on it.

...or even drive itself without nobody on the inside so you could set it to go to somewhere else you'd need it later on...

That would be awesome ! Like if your ruiner 2000 is on the map, you could 'select' it in the weapon wheel, to switch to to car. And maybe give it 'commands', for example:

If you open up the map, you can create a custom route the ruiner will follow, and you can select 'points' on the route at wich it would activate jump, deploy chute, or brake, or something like that...

(Surprise, surprise !)

What about you limit the ruiner missiles to 8 (like it is now), but give it unlimmited 'normal' rockets when you run out of them...
