Draw distance

While sniping players can see me, but i cant see them. Can hit them and kill by random shooting in empty space (obvious spots), but they can kill me with sniper. PC and draw distance maxed out. Any ideas ?

This is a known issue. Even when the draw distance setting is maxed out you might not see other players in great distances. How about your network connection?

100\100Mbps 5ping open NAT and static IP. My connection is good but maybe bad connection on enemy side can give them advantage ?

Actually this happens to a number of players. I guess bad connections might cause it. It also has to do something with your position of the map. Most players use the mini map and take blind shots when they face this issue.
