How To Make AI Stop Spawning While Selling Cars In Empty Public Sessio

I guess everyone knows how to make the best out of this new DLC, by selling top range cars only,do it on empty public session and bypass the cooldown timer after each sell.

But R* also knows how to ruined our fun by 2 things:

1. Spawn AI with "God" like accuracy (If you do it on empty public session)

2. NPC behaviour towards us while we deliver the cars (every session)

We can deal with NPC behaviour but we cant avoid that annoying AI,i found this method few weeks ago to make them stop spawning. Here is how :

- Make sure you have the top range cars ready to sell (inside public lobby not the empty one)

- Then proceed like usuall go to laptop in your car warehouse etc.

- Just before finish customizing your car and ready to roll make sure to check your map just in case someone already wait for you outside.

- If its clear then you can finish up customizing the car.

- Once you spawn in front of your vehicle warehouse, you can use your method to lagged out from the session. (My method is using the date settings)

- When everybody left the session you can go sell the car in peace without to worry about the "AI".

Im playing on PS4 so i cant confirm this will work on Xbox or PC but you can give it a try also. This method always worked for me and im sorry i couldnt provide a video to proof this.

I've tried that couple of times. It's a pain switching sessions everytime you want to sell something.

I saw a post stating that if you open the interaction menu before the secretary calls you the NPCs won't spawn. Tried it a couple of times and it's doesn't work.

But you can park the car somewhere safe and take out the NPCs that are coming at you.

I put together some steps on how to export the car without lowering it's value if you have the cheapest warehouse located at La Mesa.

Date settings can't be changed on Xbox One. However, I can't confirm this works but it's from a reliable source. Start the export mission up when using wifi and as soon as you spawn outside plug in an ethernet cable. This makes you lag out of the lobby you're in leaving you solo in a public session.

Thats why i said that i only tested this on PS4 lol. My console is wired so if im plugging off the internet cable it will make me left the session.

Yeah, it works fine. And you're in an empty session by yourself. So whenever you need to sell again you need to find a new session and do the same thing. It's just a pain. I'd rather shoot the motherf*ckers.

But I was talking about this:

If you open the interaction menu before the secretary calls you the NPCs won't spawn.

It didn't work the few times I tried it. Edited by --V--

Cool method but I had understood that if you "cleared" the lobby once the delivery mission had started, your car would catch fire and be destroyed.

It's quicker to open the interaction menu up as soon as you exit. Your assistant won't call you therefore no enemies spawn. Close it when you're almost at the location. Accept the call and drive into the marker.

I haven't tried the interaction method, but I do get my phone up. It doesn't stop AI, but gives me extra time to park up and take cover. Or I just use my cargobob.

Doesn't work for me. Bad guys still show up.

That's only when you source a vehicle. It doesn't work when you start a selling mission.

but,

one time I started a selling mission with 3 of my friends and one crashed and left the session. He said he managed to deliver it to the police station for 5k reward.

But the 3 of us delivered the cars and I went back to get the 4th one and my session crashed. When I entered the car got set on fire e got destroyed. I think it only works if it's one car and you don't screw over the rest of your org.

Tried it last night. Worked like a charm!

If you're in a solo public lobby, you can use a cargobob to deliver the car, it can prevent damage from NPCs at ease.

Just fly the bob above the yellow mission spot a little lower, all done. And you can fly right back to the city. I use it all the time, sourcing, selling, as long as I have the chance.

I dont even have to click that, I know exactly where you mean. It works a charm for anyone with the La Mesa warehouse. It even feels like that spot is supposed to be used for that purpose :)

Everybody have their own method to deal with the npc i think, for me dealing with those npc its just pain lol.

I love to drive lol but thats a good method also, for me flying a bob is much slower than driving a car.

kill them.

on a top range car you'll get 4 waves of NPCs attacking.

drive slow away from your v.warehouse and stop the car when the 2 red dots/rings show up. find cover away from the vehicle and kill them.

same can be done when sourcing a vehicle.

the lower range of the vehicle, the less NPCs.

I fly the Bob to LZ close to the source site call mech bring up Karuna to make short work of npc at site. I use the Bob to transport source cars to warehouse whenever possible. After doing some I would know not to move car very far unless trigger so strategy fly Bob to it or at least move it to nearby location it can be easily hooked.

Each one of these has its own unique situation some easier than others. The one where u follow the gangsters in their car once I kill them there can drive car back to warehouse no npc disturbance. Others can be a pain in the rear and one I refuse to do period - where have chase all over map.

Sales w the Bob go smoothly for me and know what expect w the various locations - all sales the specialist high dollar sale. It beats the tedious MC drop offs especially when more than one delivery vehicle forced with just 2 bars of product (one reason MC biz shutdown).

You can also park the car and spawn in the Turreted Limo if you own it, works nicely to take out NPC's on either sourcing or exporting missions.
